As long as the outside of your egg has been sanitized, which most eggs usually are, they’re pretty safe to eat raw. Unless you’re dumb and get a lot of raw eggshell in your mouth. So TLDR: US eggs are fine raw, the outside eggshell contains salmonella sometimes if your eggs are dirty, and a LOT of Americans don’t realize it’s ok to nibble on some cookie dough.

This is just based on producing lower amounts of the protein. Bengal is also an option but those ones are expensive and not great for first timers.

I used to have headaches, sneezes non-stop, and always have watery eyes, but now that shit happens maybe once or twice a year. I went from having to wash my hands every time I'm touching them to being able to smother my face in their furs.😊
