I realized after I posted the video, that I hadn't shown you the patriotic strawberry in detail, as a new finish. I will show it in more detail on my next flosstube. It's a Notforgotten Farm pattern, and is available in her Etsy shop.
Great video today! So much wonderful content! Your Bessie Bell sampler is going to be a treasure. Thanks for sharing your memory of staying with your Grandma. So happy to hear that you and your Mom are doing well health wise. I hope that you can get into a new apartment soon. It’s exciting that your Mom will be able to get back into her own home. I hope all goes quickly and smoothly. Thanks for sharing, take care!
You can take your Heritage pictures to a professional photo shop that does Restorations and have them resized and done in sepia or any black and white. Some even colorize them. I am a life long genealogist and always have my Heritage photos restored and duplicated for the family. Love the Bell sampler and your thought behind it.
I just took my patriotic down today and put up my bees and sunflowers. Right now I’m stitching seaside tiny town for my sisters birthday. Glad your mom is doing better.
Hi Doreen🌻 I couldn't click fast enough when I saw that you have a new floss tube out🌻 I'm currently cross stitching an "autumn" stitch🌻 You've finished quite a few things since your last video, they look awesome, + good "picks," I might add🌻 Glad to hear you + your mom are doing/feeling so much better🌻 I hope you have a fabulously fun weekend + stitchy times🌻
I’m working on Maggie Mae by Stacy Nash. Prayers for your move to help your mom, God will bless you for doing this as he did me. I will never ever regret being my mom’s 24 hour Caregiver her last six years of life. I miss her so much. 😟.
Just adore your projects!! I had the luxury of spending some time with Teresa Kogut this week as I drove to the 2024 Rug Hooking Exhibit at Sauder Village here in Ohio. It was only about 2 hours from my house. I had dinner with her Weds. night. She is a doll. I also have that pattern you will be stitching. I am also changing the words similar to you. I went to Stitch-Con a few years ago and it locked down in minutes. So definitely reserve your spot the second they open. I would love to go again, but in 2025 I'm saving to go to another quilting retreat (other hobby LOL). I'm hoping to get to one of your retreats one day as well. Thinking of you as you prepare for surgery and sending hugs to you and your mom from NE Ohio.
@@PriviesandPrimsNeedlecrafts I’m actually changing the words to what’s on the little square one. On the top I’m going to say hands to work and then in the bottom hearts to love. I haven’t figured out the spacing yet but that’s what I’m doing.
So glad your mom is doing better! I know she would be much better in her home with you nearby. Im working on "Halloween Sampler" by Teresa Kogut. It's a big one and I'm also a monogamous stitcher. Good luck with your surgery.
My goodness, you are a busy lady! Wishing you all the best with your surgery and all your camping/stitching adventures! Glad to hear your mom is doing much better. I agree with you about the words on that sampler. It’s an awkward saying that doesn’t make sense. How about…With my hands, This I wrought… ?
Doreen, you could mount the stitch and pictures separately and then mount each one in a larger frame. I’m still hoping you would someday hold a retreat back up north. I am drivable to Lancaster, Pa. Yours are so affordable and sound so fun ! I agree with your interpretation of with my hands. OMG your punch needle is fabulous!!!!! Makes me want to learn so badly. Glad to hear your mother has bounced back. Shingles re horrendous! And good luck with your surgery. You have lots of fun, fun plans.
Thank you to you and Rhonda! I've already sent an email to Rhonda..... Another option, With my hands, I have wrought..... Just finished my big A Plant of Rapid Growth that I had posted was almost finished. Now to pack for camping!
That is great news about how well your mom is doing. She looks happy with Leonardo. Wow! A big move coming up for you but it will be a big help to your mom to have someone close by. I have had that surgery, so just make you don’t overdo it and follow the doctor’s instructions. Recovery will be quicker.😉
I am dreading the packed nose, but I'm a mouth breather, so it shouldn't be too bad. It's about 50 minutes from my apartment to my mom's, and I lived in that town for 14 years. I'm actually looking forward to it. More details later, and you'll see why. :)

Great visit. Glad mom is doing so well. Can hardly wait for the retreat in a couple of weeks. See you there. Take care and happy stitching 🧵
Thanks Sheri. See ya soon🪡
I love seeing all your beautiful 🤩 wips and your punch needle they are so adorable! Have a wonderful evening and happy crafting 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
Thank you! You too!

Thanks Sandy. I'm just now finishing up the house on the Mary Bell sampler. I may change some colors, and add in some olive green, and country blue.
Another great flosstube!

Thank you. I may be moving in the fall, so I may be skipping the fall decor this year.
@@PriviesandPrimsNeedlecrafts I’m glad you can be a blessing to your mom ( your dad will be happy - you are your father’s daughter !)😊

Thank you for the shoutout! Best Wishes for your Upcoming Retreat! 💜🐿️

I have been praying for you and your Mom and I am glad that you are both doing well. (:

I enjoy flip throughs. Thanks for sharing.

Can’t wait to see everyone at the retreat!
Me too!
I WOULD love TO SEE EVERY PART OF THE CABIN AND WHAT YOU DO WITH IT....BEST OF LUCK!
Thanks! 👍
Love the pic of your mom with Leonardo! I’m still working on the JBW cardinal cross stitch and also TOTF flag Punchneedle and some wool pennies😊
The Old Tattered Flag has great patterns!

What are you changing the words to, on your sampler?

Do you get tired of working on the big ones?
Normally I do smalls, but I like this piece because it has so many different motifs. I don't think I'll get tired of it.
I’m stitching Notforgotten Farm Cinder Klause- I love it!!
That's a cute one!
@@PriviesandPrimsNeedlecrafts I just love Lori’s patterns!!

Thanks! My son has moved to Raleigh, so there's a slim chance I'd be visiting that area again.
I working on a Pineberry Lane design, Mrs. McGuire Almost Halloween. Its a fun stitch!
I like her patterns.
I've been working on hooked rugs all month again, ready for some pimpkin cross stitch. Hoping things go quickly for your move to NC.
I love the hooked rugs, but I can't stop stitching!

If it were me I'd do the change to "my" and perhaps have it say "this I wrought ".
I like that idea!
Make sure you know the time zone for Keepsakes vs you time zone to get on the waiting list for StitchCon.
Good point! I just checked, and it's the same time zone that I am in.
