This is one of the most helpful videos on memoirs that I have listened to. So much good information. I’ve revisited this recording quite a few times and will continue revisiting it until I complete my memoir.
Around 8:45, she is so right... I'm trying to remember the times I was a kid. But it's hard because I can't remember much I remember the events, but I can't bring in the details of them. I didn't realize how difficult it is to write my memoir. I have all the right construction and built up, I know what each chapter is gonna be about. But I can not remember a breif moment that impacted the way I am now.
