I think she was just, utterly, a delusional person. Or she corrupted herself as an experiment and that somehow warped her, which wouldn't make sense. Either way, she strongly believed her method was the sole way for salvation. And she thought Cinderella would understand her as she managed to corrupt her. As the corruption is based on her, maybe she thought that her vision for salvation was mixed with Cinderella's mind. Well to summup, her huge ego, her countless experiments and surely the hopelessness of the situation gave her some sort of messiah complexe and completely removed any compassion and moral, if she has any to begin with. What makes her terrifying is that she's aware. Which make her a complete psychopath.
@@BlackHydra014True, I don’t blame Cinderella for killing red shoe since she was the one who she corrupted and ruin her chance to help out goddess squad, Thank god Abe/Grave helped her out through the pain and convinced her to rewrite the story she really is a truly a great mother and a hero

She probably thought Cinderella would come around to her way of thinking, and she needed Cinderella as the "ambassador" between Humanity and the Raptures (Ironically, that's possibly going to be Marian). In her mind, the Raptures were literally unbeatable, and she has good reason to believe so. They have practically infinite resources, they adapt and evolve to everything thrown at them, they can *think,* and they're unimaginably strong. By the time Old Tales and Red Ash rolled around, it was clear humanity was losing. The V.T.C and United Forces of Humanity *hoped* that killing the Rapture Queen would turn the tide, but there was actually no guarantee that it would work, or whether the Goddess Squad could've actually beaten the Queen.
