This language rings true with me and I don't know why. Algebra/Geometry was easier for me to learn than any language except Latin, but for the first time ever I want to learn another language than English. Thank you for your time and sharing knowledge.
Incredible video. Thank you Vic for sharing your knowledge with us 🙏
I was wondering about this topic. Thank you for sharing the knowledge!
😁 This is fun! We loved to play guessing games at the lab with people's MRIs and encephalograms.
😶
@@bandit_queen my colleagues had to fine tune the sensors and as always scientists test things on themselves first. We were trying to figure out whose scans we are looking at post hoc. You know, blinded experiment. So we can control for the observer's mistake (bias) in interpretations. I think astrology would benefit from adopting the rules of blinded experiment- less subjectivity and confirmation bias in interpretations. :)
@@bardoteachings Awesome!
It makes sense the moon exalted at death because the moon(mind) dead is a sign of enlightenment.
Question: Could the infant state planet also exhaust easily? Because infants sleep a lot as they take in so much newness constantly.
I think retrograde doesnt reverse it but you can interpret it as reverse? At least with Rahu/Ketu
i have never heard anyone teach it that way.
@@VicDiCaraAstrology Its deductive right? According to what's given in text so far. I mean how often is ancient text so specific. They give principles to connect right?
@@VicDiCaraAstrology I mean even the ages of the signs seem to suggest a concept of cycles #punarvasu😅(young to old, old to young, young to old). If I understand correctly the ages may also indicate the point in life.
Each planet owns male and female sign except sun and moon. Sun and moon gives the concept of time. Thus the planets represent concepts subjected to time. The male sign of a planet appeals to the Sun's/Ego approach and female signs of the same planet appeals to the Moon's/Body approach to life. Day and night. Sun rules the day and you grow tired as the day carries on and at night it resembles the dead to born as you feel refreshed in the morning.
The radical Rahu/Ketu don't own signs showing how they are not subject to time in the same sense as dictated by the Sun and Moon. They should also therefore show that anti- hierachal in signs. Just as retrograding planets should as well as the constantly retrograding Rahu/Ketu gives that foundation for retrograding traits. The nearest radically acting planet is Mercury by being exalted in his own sign and in a male sign and very changeable and mimicking. *Not such a surprise that it's the planet most often retrograde and can do well with the nodes from my understanding.* So Rahu/Ketu will take a male/Sun/Ego approach in a female sign and if in the 1st 6° would still use "death's door" age in life and energy to do it. DEDUCTIONS 🤷🏾♂️
I like that concept, helps to give a simple statement like male female signs or odd even signs a more...hmmm...enhanced perspective.
12:50 dependant?
Thats good
Will this be part of your new report?
How does this factor in with atmakaraka which is, in a lot of cases, an old and weak or even dying planet in the most advanced degrees yet called the king of the chart.
This was answered in the video. The late degrees of signs are either newborn or dead. Newborn for female signs, dead for male. And not to rock the boat too hard, but a careful reading of Jaimini Sutra shows that the atmakaraka is the planet with the highest kāla-vikāla, not the highest bhāga. In English this means, it is the planet with the highest minutes and seconds, not degrees.
ātmādhikaḥ kalādibhirnabhōgaḥ saptānāmaṣṭānāṁ vā (Jaimini sutra 1.10)
@@VicDiCaraAstrology yeah I know and that’s not was I was asking. I’m asking how the atmakaraka, an old planet is suppose represent the atma and steer the chart if it’s so old
@@rabeechowdhury lol, how random and what a weird comment to call me “a liar” I have indeed heard of that theory and I assure you that was not my question. Take a deep breath bro, everything will be ok 🙏🏼🌻
Hey Vic,
Couple of doubts:
1) Do Balaady avasthaas carry forward to the Vargas?
2) Vriddha Avastha - Parasara mentions "Kinchit/Few" when describing its strength, whereas for other Avasthas he mentions numerical values. What is Vriddha Avastha's numerical value?
kincit means "any?" so it basically means "almost zero"
I think the answer to 1 should be yes.
@@VicDiCaraAstrology Thanks!
Just a doubt in the sanskrit though - Kimcit = Kim + Chit. What does "Chit" mean here? (None of the sanskrit dictionary meanings I am aware of - seem appropriate here)
