Why x-ray soft tissue neck is adviced from surgery point of view or is it just required for anesthesia evaluation ?

From both points of view but more for the anaesthetist to assess the airway for intubation.The surgeon also would like to have it for the assessment of the general profile of neck etc.

I didn't get that point, why we shouldn't do fnac in hyperthyroidism low tsh state ??

Because in a patient with hyperthyroidism, it can precipitate thyroid storm. Also, there can be high false positives due to the hyper cellular state.
