Note***: I am aware of Linus' new video where he discussed poor latency response. Community thinking is his team left the default debounce setting as is, which I believe Glorious sets at 12-16ms(can't remember exactly but it's higher than most other company defaults). So that would make total sense as I didnt detect an increased 10-15ms delay over other mice. Especially in AimLabs that does track TTK I wasnt seeing an increase in my average timing over other mice.
@p man yeah I'm curious to see if the look into it more , but frankly they need to update their testing and also communicate how that feels in game/aim trainers. In terms of the weight thing like I said in the video there is a market for people who want a slightly higher weight , it's fine to have both options. Glorious just needs to make PRO versions of this and always be in stock , for the enthusiast side
Yeah LTT’s testing team is pretty incompetent it’s clear they didn’t adjust the debounce time and they do their mouse testing in web browser applications which is a huge no no. Them not testing properly and in turn blaming reviewers kinda sucks.
@@Chrishazy well said. Definitely a little out of their element on gaming mice but I'm sure Linus will get it in the right spot. The whole labs thing is a lot of moving parts for them . But ya I don't think they should be so quick to blame the reviewer

This is a hard pass for me, glorious took two steps forward in the right direction with the pro series but with some minor issues, then took 2 steps back with this mouse, they literally went back 2 years in terms of the mouse market evolution
Yeah that's totally fair ! but I think consumers having options is totally okay. Keep the standard weight mice but update the Pro series and keep them in stock like these. That way everyone has a good choice
@@UpgradeLemonade thats a really good point, cause everybody has their preferences but still if you put this mouse up against other recently released mice in a similar or even sometimes cheaper price range like the x2, lamzu atlantis, fantech aria, ninjutsuo sora, they all have relatively the same tech and better weight
@@mizuuukage a couple things on that... First off, those are all wildly different shapes. And a lot of those brands only have a very small catalogue of mice (some only 1 or two) Glorious has many different shapes of mice and products. Scaling everything in their lineup as quickly as others will take longer. 2nd ... The notion low weight is better or more "worth it" isn't necessarily a true thing. Some of the top aimers in the community still use a GPX which is a 61g mouse while others use things like GWolves HTX around 40g with similar scores. From an advancement standpoint sure it's impressive but that's why those things should go in the Pro series.
Thats cool that they resolved your scroll wheel issue. I had the same issue with one of their mice and I got nothing. Had another issue with another mouse I bought from them and they didnt resolve that issue either. Its unfortunate to see so many people have a similar experience to what I had. I will never buy another glorious product again lol. Lesson learned
