    I've had them for about a year now and it isnt really that bad.
    The first time the dentist put them onto my teeth I thought what the hell have I gotten myself into, but it went away after a few days.
    I got 9 sets left and when there is only small discomfort for a short period of time when switching to a new set of alligners.

      I was lucky I had almost no teeth discomfort when switching aligners, the worst was that my gums were always sore. But now I’m done, got my retainer trimmed by the dentist so it doesn’t irritate my gums and everything is fine.

    Thank you for this, a lot of good info here. I'm considering getting Clear Correct and am so unsure, it seems like a rough process.. but also worth it when you're done!

      Thank you! It was rough at times, but it was worth it in my opinion, I love my new smile 😊 plus it’s easier and quicker than a regular braces! 😊

    I have them the second day. It hurts when I put them off due to breakfast / lunch. My question is, do you have to keep them on 22hours non stop or can these 22 hours be distributed over the day? I take them off in the mornings, during the day and in the evenings (for eating and brushing my teeth). Is this ok?

    • @joannbarbara_

      Hi, you don’t need to have them non stop for 22h, it is ok to take them out to eat and brush teeth. I know it hurts like crazy, especially at the beginning! But it’s getting better and better with every aligner. And it’s worth it, I promise ☺️

      @@joannbarbara_ oh thank you, I am taking this treatment in Spain and it been a tough way ..pain, this feeling that all teeth are weak when it's time to eat, I have been regretting it many times 😂🫣 Now I am on tray 9 of 24 and one of the theeth in the upper tray is not tracking with the rest, doesn't fit the tray. Dentist told me to wait for refinement,let's see. Thank you so much for answering, there isn't many information of clear correct as much as invisilign.

      @joannbarbara_  5 місяців тому

      @@valeriarivas8651 but if the bleeding is severe and lasts a few days then maybe you could go to your orthodontist? I remember I was cutting my aligners myself so they won’t touch the gums and my doctor wasn’t impressed 😅 no problem, I am glad I can help 😉
