Luminar AI Update 3 - Has Skylum Improved the Reflections in Sky Replacement?

- About 10 weeks ago Skylum released Luminar AI Update 2 which brought the ability to have water reflect the sky during Sky Replacement.

I was one of the only ones on UA-cam to be very critical of that release, pointing out how inaccurate the reflections were.
Skylum took notice and now released Update 3 with new features and enhancements to Sky Replacement and the reflections, trying to address some of my concerns.
Is it now improved? Is there anything else that could be improved? Are there any new issues as a result of Update 3?

Good video Matt, and it's good to see that Skylum is responsive to suggestions. That said, and maybe it's UA-cam's video quality, but the reflection still looks off. I didn't update from Luminar 4, but does zero scene relighting still relight the scene? That was a deal killer for me, so I'm just using Photoshop's sky replacement now.
The reflections are still off, and one of the reasons I mentioned a couple times that it would be great for Skylum to provide a slider just for the reflection so we can fix its position. Zero scene relighting still does relight the scene however, but it does seem less than L4.

Matt....Matt...Matt, just came across your video via the FB site. Dude...couldn't believe it when you said....Bozeman. I'm here. Grew up here, went to SF and back for awhile now. Can't believe my ears. And that you released your YT vid just today. Been at it with Skylum for years now both complaints and congrats. Pretty interesting this Ai version, still like 4. Use'em both. I'll troll you a bit.....thanks for the review, agree with you, been looking over this version since it came out. Cottonwood Canyon, stop on by anytime.
Hey Daniel - thanks for swinging by. Been in Bozeman for 6 yrs or so now - love it! Personally my favorite release was Luminar 2018. It had a lot of pro features and was quite customizable.
Absolutely agree with your summary Matt, two steps forward, one step back. In other words, while slightly improved over the last update it still falls short of the expectations generated by their own marketing hype. Your honesty is much appreciated, as is Skylum’s attempts to improve. It’s a shame their ambitions seem to outweigh their ability to execute, but at least they’re listening though.
They do seem committed to getting it correct - of course we all wish it is sooner rather than later :)

Thanks for letting me know Mike - one would hope that it being a widespread issue that Skylum will get it fixed sooner than later.
You weren't as critical on the reflection part as you were the first critique you did 10 weeks ago. None of the reflections that you did on this tutorial matched the sky. So they definitely haven't addressed that yet.
I take it back, there was one sky where the reflection closely matched the sky but after some tweaking of the horizontal adjustment.
