      Who cares about that game do you really think they cared about being there and playing Missouri. After they lost to Michigan they were mentally shot. And they didn't have their starting quarterback or anything they weren't in it at all. Look what happened to Florida State against Georgia when they didn't make the playoff they didn't give a crap half the team set out and they didn't want to be there. Don't use that as justification.

    Obviously this Marlo guy, whatever his name is, hasn’t done any kind of analysis on who Alabama brought in what transfer people they brought in the fact that Deboer takes average teams and makes them better and amazing. You have Jaylen Milroe coming back - one of the top two quarterbacks in the nation. The running back room is off the charts top five in the nation. They’re offensive line is top three in the nation. So I guess we’ll just have to see. Once again Finebaum always loves to bring the hate.

    Alot of the sacks were on Milroe. The o line is going to have to be better but Milroe is going to have to have more awareness in the pocket. He also needs to improve on his short to mid range throws. If he can do that, he will be the best qb in the country.

    • @skipgumphrey9579
      @skipgumphrey9579 24 дні тому +4

      I came here to say this. The O-line AND Milroe will be much improved this year. That's scary. Seeing what they accomplished last year with all of the issues, this year should be quite interesting.

    • @BamaKing-he2gd
      @BamaKing-he2gd 21 день тому +1

      Yea, but most of it was still on the oline. You must've forgotten about John Parker Wilson before he became a better qb. He could be atrocious often times and even that Bama oline didn't allow as many sacks, despite not being as good. Things ofc changed once Saban turned things around in 2008, but yea, the oline last year were too big. There's a reason the NFL didn't have that big of offensive linemen throughout the league

    • @anthonymorris2856
      @anthonymorris2856 21 день тому

      @@BamaKing-he2gd yea, I hear ya man. The difference here that pops into my mind though is that Milroe had the speed to get away from alot of those sacks to help his o line out. He also held the ball way too long. But yeah, I agree that the line was possibly just way too big last year. I remember all the hype. We got the same hype this year but I feel better about this season. RTR

    Only people who’s never coached before think Ryan Day is a good coach. Other coaches including myself looks at the decisions he makes, the mistakes he makes, and the decisions he doesn’t make. Those things to me is the reason he’s not a great coach. One of his downfalls is he still coaches like he’s a coordinator when he’s actually a head coach. Meaning he doesn’t coach other coaches and he just worries about the offensive side of the ball. Against Georgia he just watched his defense be in the wrong defense against certain formations and just didn’t do anything. That’s crazy.
