Wow just was looking up the Eurosonic ES 7N which was my first ever handheld (first rig was Rotel RVC 220) and found this video, and looked you up Ben and you are in Lowestoft! Cool 73 DE Mike M0SAZ.
That really depends how you intend to use it. For hand portable then just use the stock rubber duck or if not a BNC telescopic for CB. If your in a vehicle then any mobile CB antenna could be used. Likewise it could even be connected to something like an Antron 99 for home use. Thanks for watching 👍

Thanks for watching Mike. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I see you're not too far from me, hopefully catch you on the air sometime! 73!
I had a Hi Gain I think it took 12 ni cad batteries and took about 10 hours to charge it however I loved owning it and wish I still had it
Yes 10 hours to charge for about an hour and a half's use lol. Glad battery technology has improved over the years! Thanks for watching 👍
Hiya what antenna would you recommend for the ES220
many thanks

You wouldn't want to drop those suckers in the day, with that brittle plastic.
No you wouldn't! You'd want steel toe cap shoes on as well lol.
