I purchased boba tea town on my daughters switch and it will not upload. Anyone know how to fix this?

I bought the world and it keeps crashing my game when I try creating the world and opening it. There would be an error message saying I have low memory and it can't load the texture pack. The world tries to load up and right after the loading bad it crashes the whole game.
