When you use the pitch wheel do you have it set up an octave? Or a few semitones? ...your music is a blessing love to see your videos upload by da way
Thanks bro. 🙏🏾 I usually set the pitch bend range to +2 and -2 (or two semitones. That's what I've found to give me the best control.

What DAW do you use? If you don’t mind me asking.
I don't mind at all bro. I use Cubase Pro. (Currently version 13)
My G, what do you use for your bass tracks? I can’t find good r&b bass anywhere.
I used 808 Studio II for the synth bass in the first track. That's a good starting point. Syntronik is another good one.
Do you usually start with keys and add drums later?
I've been finding myself going back and forth a little more lately. But my usual process is to start with a drum pattern (even if it's just the basic pattern) and then add the keys.
Is that Reaper DAW?
