Ego of "producers" is the problem that AI addresses. A computer will never be able to have a human interaction that can gleem from an artist vibes that are inherent in their personality, history, and current state. AI is a system of libraries that can only approximate the stylings of music already posted but cannot and will not ever predict the next phase of music evolution.
Be studious, be tenacious, and be sure this is what you want to do, then relax and be happy you get to do it. The rest will work itself out.

Yes it's true, with AI the future of music production may not look very clear, but no matter the situation let's try to not let the negativity destroy our deep love for music. My most musically creative time in life as a producer was when I was signed to two different music management companies from the mid-90's through early 00's. Interacting with artists and other producers in the studio on a near daily basis was highly inspiring and motivating. I also learned so much during that period of time. I always advise younger artists and producers to build relationships with collaborators in person, but the advice usually falls on deaf ears.
Today, I just produce music for myself as a independent R&B artist who is well beyond the age of marketability for record labels. After my music heyday, I earned a doctorate degree in computer science and professionally focus on AI/ML research and development within a non-music related field. That said, I do believe AI/ML will have an increasingly impact in the music industry, for better and worst.

Thanks brother. I really appreciate that. That's actually something I'm working on as we speak. I'm using Cubase Pro 13. In this video, I used some sounds from Kontakt (Mint Guitar, Glaze, Vintage Keys, etc.), Real Guitar, MPC Software for drums, UVI Piano, XPand2, Analog Lab/V Collection, Octane, TrapSoul, Surrealistic MG-1 Plus, etc. Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Let me know if you need to know the VST for a specific sound. Thanks again bro. 🙏🏽✊🏽

I think, like the u.k. the courts are going to rule it illegal to train a.i. without the copyright owner permission which will basically destroy the uprising a.i. music companies or At least greatly reduce their quality. I dont think any artist worthwhile is going agree to train their competition. The truth is, after listening to so many of these a.i. 70s beat i think if not halted a.i. will replace all of us producer. even the talented ones like ourselves...Great beats!...Sub!
