On my 18th birthday in High School I was pooped on, on my head, by a SEAGULL in front of everyone (and I mean everyone, easily 100 people outside saw it happen). And that wasn't even the first time it had happened. Let's just say, I didn't feel lucky lol but I guess there are worse things that could happen.
This was a lot packed into 11 minutes! I’m tired just watching it. Glad things are heading back to normal for you. That park in Vancouver was amazing! The little goslings, so cute!
Happy you're back to flying international flights. The park in Vancouver was very zen and peaceful. Looks like a furry girl 🐶 was thrilled to have her Momma home 🐾💕
Julia , I enjoy watching your adventures of your job . I’m glad you enjoyed Vancouver. I live in Richmond where you were staying and I walk around Minoru park all the time . In case you ever come back the park is pronounced min o ru park . Keep safe and healthy, looking forward to your next adventure. Kelly
What a beautiful and serene park!! Looked like a lovely walk also. Tucson was my home for 12 years! I remember how turbulent the flights into Tucson and Phoenix were. One poor guy behind us on one of the flights was totally freaking out and I felt so bad for him. Nice to see AZ again! Awe...Luna missed you so much! I love how excited she gets when she sees you!! Thanks for another great video!
I was having a really hard day and seeing this brightened my day a bit. I’m hoping to become a flight attendant but because of COVID there aren’t many prospects right now. Watching your vlogs makes me think that the decisions I’ve made will be worth it!
Glad to see you were able to get another international flight. Flights around here (ATL) have been getting back in order, I’ve missed hearing and watching our planes not going as much. I loved the park you went to, it was so peaceful! Continue to be safe out there and thank you for taking care of us passengers!
This video actually made me sad 😭 Vancouver is my hometown and I was suppose to go home to visit my best friend in March, but the border closed and I had to cancel 😔 I miss Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️
Very surprised you dont have to isolate. We were 3 weeks free of covid in New Zealand until some people from overseas were let in. I would argue that you are a higher risk of catching and passing it on due to your work.
Anyone entering Canada is supposed to isolate for 14 days. Our border is still closed to the USA. This is either a loophole in the system or the rules were ignored.
Love your channel...be careful out there with this virus. Luna sure loves you. Her tail was going in overdrive when you were playing with her on the bed. She will always be loyal to you.
Luna has such a HUGE doggy smile on her face to see you home again. I love to travel but I don't care for travel shows. For some reason I adore watching flight attendant vlogs. Thanks for taking us through the whole trip . Such fun, for me, I know it's hard work for you ladies.

Julia you are such a positive person, I don´t know if I would be in such a good mood so early in the morning. The bunnies at the park are so cute. Stay healthy and safe!
@@ericweaver3057 Its not as closed as much as we think it is. To many loopholes. How can an american flight crew be exempt from quarantine coming from a highly infected city in Texas.
Wow... DFW looks like a ghost town compared to when I was a regular commuter fifteen years ago. I guess the YVR flights were pretty empty with the ban on "non-essential" cross-border travel? I have friends in rural California who put their sweat and savings into building and operating a modest motel and are now seeing it vanish with the absence of tourists. It's not just the airlines hurting with people not traveling. Heard a lot of good things about Vancouver from when my parents went in 1986. Always wanted to visit. Nice vlog. Hang in there...!
@@JettingJulia Alas, I live in the wrong country for visiting Canada as a tourist. Permanent bans in effect since nobody has said when or how it would end.

Jetting Julia, I'm wondering about something. In Canada, if you're coming from the States you need to be quarantined for 14 days before going out in public, but you left your Hotel to go to a mall during your layover. I'm surprised no one told you about this because it's actually against the law to not self-isolate coming from a different country. I'm sorry for anyone who takes objection to me writing this, but I'm actually a bit concerned about this.
She stated that her flight crew were exempt from quarantine. This is alarming for me considering the area that plane came from. The rule applies to everyone or at least it should. Just because your a flight crew member doesnt mean you cannot carry the virus. They could be asymtomatic and pass a test.
hello! I have a question. I aspire to be a flight attendant. I, too, love traveling. The only thing is that there are rarely any job opportunities in my hometown, so my question is: when you are based away from your hometown, are you provided with some type of housing help, or you must pack all your things and go??
If you want to still live in your hometown, you can commute to base. There are places called crashpads where flight attendants can rent out a bed monthly for the days that they are in base and not working or need a place to sleep for the night. Once you’re done, you can fly back home on your days off.
I was hoping that you would come to Vancouver (I figured it was Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver)! I saw the clip of that sign and got so happy! The mall you went to is one of my favourites, it isn't as big as Metrotown but has all of my favourite stores. Vancouver, but specifically the city you were in is known for their asian food. If you ever come back to Vancouver, I'd love to meet you and get one of your stickers
If you know anyone who’s working the flight from DCA to DFW today, my mom is on that flight. It should arrive here in DFW at 3:45 pm. 😁😁 we have started to fly AA cuz I enjoy watching all you ladies who vlog. ❤️

I lived in Vancouver for years.........You must check out Stanley Park, the sea wall. The Buffet at the Pan Pacific, then take the "Sea Bus", just over to the North Shore and back.........It's amazing!
Vancouver is so beautiful this time of year. I'm surprised to see the wildlife there; I would have though they would have went south by now due to the weather. The park looks really beautiful but the cold, but I prefer cooler weather than really hot weather. It must be a hassle not being about to bring your meals with you. Is the Food very expensive especially on your trips nowadays? P. S. Luna looked so sad when you left.
Vancouver is one of my favorite places to visit. It was awesome seeing all the wildlife! It all depends where I’m at, sometimes food is expensive and sometimes it’s cheap. 🙂

Glad you enjoyed your visit to Vancouver Julia. I noticed you were in Richmond, BC during your stay. Hopefully next time, you will have more time to see the sights...if you like park settings, you will HAVE to visit Stanley Park...a bit far from the airport but definitely a worthwhile place to see. Anyways, come visit us in Canada anytime Julia...you are always welcome! Stay safe!
Omg!! You flew to Vancouver!! I feel so sad I did not get to meet you :(( I work at the airport in Vancouver but havent been back since March. Hopefully soon
Vancouver looks gorgeous and people were out about. Did they wear masks much? It did really seem like t. Glad you had a great layover. The wildlife were adorable. The lettuce wraps you had at Tucson looked wonderful. Unfortunately thy are how I found out (3x in as many weeks) I was allergic to mushrooms. I progressively got a worse case of hives with the last ones all over my face and body. I was embarrassed to go out in public. I loved them so much. When my doctor walked in (for the third time in 3 weeks) he stopped at the door and said we need to figure this out and quick, next time might put you in the hospital. We went through what I might have eaten in common over the previous 3 weeks and lettuce wraps were all I could think of so we broke down what was in them. Mushrooms were the only thing I didn’t normally eat so he told me to lays off them, I did, no more hives since then. They do look so good and I want to have them again but I’m so scared to because of the mushrooms. Can’t wait to see where your off to next!
Hi. Julia and eric wow julia yr camera work is really great. Great video. Ps. Julia always have a bottle of water. When you go for a walk.. I am also very particular about . Time.. lol. Love . Joy and peace to you . Julia. Terrence . Durban .SOUTH Africa.
Interesting watching this one a second time, nine months after upload. Since that time, I made my second visit to Tucson. It was in September and I was able to spend all day at the Pima Air & Space Museum. Unlike many, this one has room to display antique airliners. From an ex-TWO Lockheed Constellation of the 1940's, to a Boeing 787 and a recently donated Boeing 777. You need a car to get there. And, it's brutally hot in summer. But, well worth the trip...
Richmond is a suburb of Vancouver. Population approx 200,000. The park you were walking in is called Minoru, named after a race horse owned by King Edward VII. Pronunciation is min-o-ru with the accent on the first syllable. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minoru_Park. So many great tourist areas around Greater Vancouver to come and visit. Once this virus thing is fixed we welcome all the visitors back, but right now most things are closed up tighter than a bull’s ass at fly time!
I saw Sichuan Airlines aircraft at 2'30'', which is based in my home town -- Chengdu. 😁😁

Is the 737 Max back on the flight line or are they still grounded? I didn’t know if your airline uses the 737 Max, but I flew on one in January of 2019 and was very impressed with the plane.
Just stumbled on your channel! Enjoying your visit to Vancouver - one of my favorite cities! I'm an old flight-attendant wannabe! Do they hire older ladies? Thanks!
I had bird poop fall on me while riding my Gold Wing motorcycle on a trip out West. Try riding and holding up a heavy motorcycle with poop all over your glasses and face. Not a pretty site, believe me....
If you're ever back in Vancouver, you should visit Granville Island. They have an amazing market, nice little shops, lots of places to eat including a little shack called Go Fish. The best fish & chips in North America. Their fish tacos are amazing!
Hi Julia, I was lucky to go Montreal in Dec 2019 for work and had a layover for a week from Vancouver and they were both beautiful (In Aus our Xmas is hot & Sunny not Snow!), unfortunately might be a long time before can get over to North America again

I did the Flight Attendant course in my country and then applied to your airline (Spoiler alert I got rejected) but I've always looked up to that one! Two years ago I became friends with a co pilot and he gifted me a lanyard, the same one that you have in your videos. Now he became captain and he will not be coming to Argentina for a long time because he has to do domestic flights. I just came across your channel and have been binging. New subscriber here! Kind regards from Buenos Aires!!! :) :)
Is there any quick mandatory medical test/checkup/checklist for every crew member including pilots before every flight to stop the spread of contagious diseases?
I was only in Vancouver a couple of hours prior to my Alaskan cruise, but our bus driver gave us such a nice tour (I want to go back). I also loved Victoria BC when I went there on my first Alaskan cruise. I prefer BC over many of the other parts of Canada (people there are so genuinely nice!)

I thought our borders were closed....I was shocked😨
Our border is supposed to be closed. Self isolate for 14 days applies to everyone. This is a loophole that needs to stop or the rule was ignored. Dallas has a very high infection rate.
Love watching your channel - sending you tons of love from Toronto, Canada ❤️

Glad you enjoyed your visit to Vancouver Julia. I noticed you were in Richmond, BC during your stay. Hopefully next time, you will have more time to see the sights...if you like park settings, you will HAVE to visit Stanley Park...a bit far from the airport but definitely a worthwhile place to see. Anyways, come visit us in Canada anytime Julia...you are always welcome! Stay safe!
Omg!! You flew to Vancouver!! I feel so sad I did not get to meet you :(( I work at the airport in Vancouver but havent been back since March. Hopefully soon
no way😂 I was going to comment if we could get international trip vlogs. wah-lah it’s here today 😂😂
I need more international flying in my life 😂✈️
Check out University of Arizona's campus next time you're in Tucson! Beardown!
Cool flight. Thanks for posting it. Always enjoy the plethora of knowledge I acquire just from simply tagging along.
J = Jetting
U = Unique
L = lovely
I = Incredibly Ice ee
A = All hands on top...
Love u mame.....
Nice trip, Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦 awesome! Love your video. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼
If you're ever back in Vancouver, you should visit Granville Island. They have an amazing market, nice little shops, lots of places to eat including a little shack called Go Fish. The best fish & chips in North America. Their fish tacos are amazing!
DO you stay in Richmond near the Richmond Mall? I have a great PLACE for you to go! Its a Canadian Air Crew Hang out...
Hi Julia, I was lucky to go Montreal in Dec 2019 for work and had a layover for a week from Vancouver and they were both beautiful (In Aus our Xmas is hot & Sunny not Snow!), unfortunately might be a long time before can get over to North America again
Don’t know how I stumbled on you channel, but I did and now I’m hooked, lol 😆 love your videos Julia. You make it very interesting and of course Luna tops it all, hehe. I’m a 65 year old wannabe pilot or FA, lol. Keep up the good work and stay safe👍
It's nice to see my old stomping grounds in one of your vlogs, love the content you create! stay safe and take care.
Thank you for watching!!
U looks so beautiful mame

Kisses in your heart
All Your Videos are inspiring and help in reducing boredom due to worldwide lockdown. Traveling is an inspiration and u r helping us to getting back to normal after this pandemic gets over.
Cool Julia, I like your trips and Vancouver is my favourite city in North America. The only thing I don't like is to get up at 4am, that must suck ☺️
Is there any quick mandatory medical test/checkup/checklist for every crew member including pilots before every flight to stop the spread of contagious diseases?
Thanks for video. Enjoyed it.
Thank you for watching!
Luna would love that park in Vancouver
Omg yes she would I wish I could have brought her with me!
I love the international flights especially when you get beach layovers those are the best! Bird 🦅 poop 💩 gives you good luck lol
Ahhh beach layovers will always be my favorite 😍
That food looked soooo goooooood
Not nearly as good as the steak you make 😍
I was only in Vancouver a couple of hours prior to my Alaskan cruise, but our bus driver gave us such a nice tour (I want to go back). I also loved Victoria BC when I went there on my first Alaskan cruise. I prefer BC over many of the other parts of Canada (people there are so genuinely nice!)
Next time you are in Vancouver go to Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain, Granville Island and Kits Beach area to name a few!
There are a lot of beautiful parks in Vancouver, been there a couple of times, hope you get to spend more time there, you’ll love it. Luna is such a love bug! Course I can understand it, having you as a mom!! Be safe❤️
Nice Video...Vancouver is a really gorgeous place...Nice to see you happy and smiling...
