The Dorman blend door actuator for the 2011-2014 f150 is awful. It’s thicker then the factory part making it impossible to get the rear screw in.

@@DormanProducts Sure - it’s Dorman HVAC Door Actuator 604-252. I do like your products and try to use you guys but you missed on this one. It’s absolutely critical that it be the same size. It’s so frustrating just to get the part out - then the new doorman one was just a tad thicker. I got it in, but I wasn’t able to use the rear screw. I had to jam a shim up there to get the rear corner down.
