Thanks for all the inspiration. I’m working towards a healthy lifestyle and maintaining, growing muscle. I love your food tips and I prefer to eat more “low cal” food, just so I can get bigger volume 👌🏽
Great vid! I actually do think a little bit of "processed" can be great, as you show... You say whole foods and in main meals is a better way to get your protein, and I get what you mean... but practically, this often works better for me personally, because eating whole foods (AND plant based) is quite a load of food on the digestive system to work through, and I don't always want to be digesting sooo much food. Since the macros break down in the same way in the body as when you'd get your 30 grams of protein or 50 grams of carbs from whole foods entirely / only, i'd sometimes just rather go for the processed way. Eating plant based already provides you with sooo much roughage and healthy fibers 😇🥰😘
How do you ensure those surplus calories don’t turn to fat? My goal is to lose fat at the moment so I’m currently eating in a calorie deficit but then I want to get strong and I’m worried I’m not knowledgeable enough to know how to make sure it turns to muscle 😆 is it just a case of training regularly?
Fat doesn’t turn to muscle, you burn body fat and build muscle separately. A small calorie surplus won’t make you gain excess fat along side appropriate training and those calories being from good nutrition
how did you build up your appetite? i struggle with super low appetite and despite having tried to increase my food since October my appetite is only getting worse and worse to the point I'm never hungry???
Would find it useful if you could show your entire weekly food plan. i.e chocolate smoothie for breakfast x5, beans and avocado on toast x5, Thai curry x5? Kinda thing. Maybe I've just written it 😂😂

Love seeing your food ideas, I need the inspo as I tend to get stuck in a rut, especially with my meal prepped lunches! x

Higher calorie foods! So fruit wise eat dates and banana vs berries for example! Nut butters , avocado etc 👏🏻
I cant find a premade pancake mix that is vegan what can i use instead?
just protein powder :)
