I got my periods back whenever the babies started feeding less when weaning. The first couple were spaced out a bit and then went regular again. It is so annoying not knowing when to expect it 😅. I think it can happen if baby sleeps for long stretches in the night. I felt robbed when my baby was awake every 2 hours AND I got my period back 😂.

Given that you've just had a baby I'm going to almost guarantee that it was your hormones that affected your hair. Bare in mind it is likely to still be changing. Hormones take a long time to adjust in some women.

My hair issues started years ago pre baby. I’m surprised how well it held up post partum!

That's not a realistic goal, Steph! You would need 1yr to gain 5-10kg of muscle as a natural female.
