I'm hoping, Hasbro will use this figure to make a new version of Superior Spider-Man because if you just add one more spider arm, some slight remolding, and repaint it, you've got a great Superior Spider-Man figure.

You lucky bro! Honestly congrats on getting to do the reveal looks amazing now all we need is the rest of the new avengers of that time in their proper uniforms. We’re getting wolverine, a new cap, and Spider-Man in his armor now all we need is a rerelease for spider woman, extemis Ironman, a Luke Cage in his street clothes , and a new Sentry on that recent Captain Britain body.
Looks pretty good, but not the blowout I was hoping he'd be. The old style articulation and lack of wall crawling hands really hurt here. Still, not a deal breaker and I'll probably pick him up at some point.
Amazing reveal!! Thank you Hasbro for using the 2099 Spidey mold. With this being a prototype, I hope are some small improvements. Like consistenty with the marble plastic (the torso seems to be the only section with it). And to include that extra set of hands as D said. Maybe include a compact backpack when we don't want the Waldos in place.
This mold is the one they used for falcon. The Sunfire body with different shoulders and arms. They changed the butterfly joints to accommodate the waldos
I guess I'm not sure what mold this is on then. Might need Ben Urich investigating journalist on this one. But the most important part is that we got boy in plastic form and I'm looking forward to getting him in hand.
When I first saw the photos I thought this Legends figure looked like an import, and it’s articulation and look is absolutely great, well done Hasbro and D Amazing for this review
Congrats on the reveal! I have never been a fan of this costume, but the figure looks so good I don't think I'll be able to resist getting it. But for the love of Pete (pun intended), Hasbro--EVERY Spidey figure should come with open/wall crawling hands!
I initially thought this was the amazing Yamaguchi Spider-Man, but when I started to pay more attention I realize it was a Marvel Legends reveal! Great reveal @hasbro! D-Amazing is the guy to do it. We are in for some spectacular Spidey’s this year!
I'm glad to see he's not on that super thin body. From what I can see here the reds are close enough to not bother me, but production reds are certain to be less than perfect. I was hoping the port holes on his back would be larger. Being able to connect the Revoltech waldoes would put this one over the top
Excellent review, love your poses. Hasbro has been very stingy with the wall crawling hands. Every Spiderman figure should have fisted hands, web shooting hands, and crawling hands. I also would have preferred the retro body mold. That should be the main spidey comics mold now. Other than those two things, amazing figure.
Awesome review, so cool to see more people within the community having the chance to do early reviews and reveals, Im still personally not a fan of pinless joints, they make customizing and figure fixes a lot more difficult and if there's a QC issue it's going to be very hard to correct considering the fact u cant disassemble anything past the bicep/thigh swivel/.

I’m glad this guy has an ab crunch instead of the ball at the torso, it breaks the design on most spidey suits, the best set up it the classified male bucks, ball at the waist with an ab crunch, it makes the sculpt look seamless and works even better
Right from the thumbnail he already looks DOPE! I originally didn't care much but seeing him in video like this is giving me second thought to consider getting him.
Yooo take away the extra sculpted detail for the iron suit and this is the perfect body for future ML Spider-man figures, this is really impressive sculpt and articulation wise for a $20 hasbro figure
All the more psyched for this guy. Can’t wait to see the finished product if this is the prototype. Getting ahead of myself, but I hope they put those arms or waldoes to use on a updated Superior Spider-Man sometime in the future.

Since Hasbro was gracious enough to send you the prototype. Here's some things they should do to make it better. include a Peter head and wall crawler hands. Maybe introduce web griper hands. Those are LONG overdue. Some web effects: Web lines, Web impacts, web traps. and make a few more Waldo joints posable.

I think this might be the Vulcan mold, it doesnt look the same aa the Sunfire mold
