the way u talk about translating what u hear in ur head to the daw reminds me of building language, like to get ur thoughts out on paper (the daw) u gotta learn the right words (techniques) and then you continue to practice what you learn to better communicate your ideas, even as they grow in complexity
man every time i watch your vids i 9immediately just want to start grinding more and more everything you're saying is so what i just need to apply to myself and workflow
Hi do you have any recommendations for someone who literally knows nothing about music. All I literally listen to is EDM, hyperpop, dariacore, etc and I really want to try making dariacore but I feel like I should probably understand the basics of music before doing that. What do you think?
Make whatever you like, starting with mashups is a good way to learn structure. There really is no correct way to start, just start and spend like 1 hour a day practicing. Watch tuts but make sure you produce after and practice the stuff you learned. Use samples, and work on your sound design as you go
this new genre is that adhd music shit mad chops mad distortion, mad throwback tunes
I’m pretty sure it’s called mashcore and breakcore
