Kaanakkan kotii Vendum", the monumental 'Kamboji' kriti of Composer Papanasam Sivan is a class popular piece admired by audience in olden days. The reason being its in Kambhoji , a wonderful raga just by the fact that it is a gamaka-oriented heavy raga that is bedecked with attractive characteristic prayogas., so unique and unmatched! It has no Nishadam in Arohanam but have all svoras in Avarohanam with usage of phrase NPDS..Another Papanasam kriti-'Adum deivam ni arulvai idathu padam tukki' is also so lovely while in Kamboji that enabled vocalists to present a celebrated rendition . Loved MMI's wonderful vinyaasam @ maanikkam vairam mudal navarathnaaparaaamum' Anupallavi !!! n the swarakalpana thereafter with extempore sowra combinations that ended with the thala cycle. Excellent control of the tone and the layam is outstanding....never ever tempted to raise voice even at the higher octave. Anupallavi and Charanam is sung so eloquently despite with very short phrased words. So fantastic , the keerthanam on Lord Kapaleeswarar/ Mylapore temple.! Maestro's rendition style is unique, always standalone as class......Pranams to the great souls of Papanasam Sivan and maestro M.M.I .
Sweet honey like melodious voice in unison with divine emotion (Bhakti), taala(beats), lyric , shruti (octave) and swaras (notes) creating a perfect harmony.👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
