once I realized it was here I leave corners of my yard alone and let the goldenrod take over. Cool to see you making vids again. Hope everything is going good up at the new school. Cheers brother.

Here in the southeast US the mild winter has let a lot of edible plants pop up early.
Chickweed, greenbrier, little plantain, wild strawberries and even wild onion and domestic garlic.
Always love your vids and info brother.Frost will kill all of it in 4-6 weeks but the greens are just perfect now,

I know the seed from the Osage Orange fruit is similar to sunflower seeds.... Pain in the ass to get to them though since you've got to cut into it and deal with the milky and extremely sticky sap... Done it once..... Will never do it again without being in severe need of food! Glad to see you're back to making videos my friend!

I've ate hedge apples a few times. Always grilled. Though boiling first makes me think it would be a little more tasty

They say if you keep Osage oranges in our house it will repel all spiders.... I tried to taste one many years ago and was immediately sick....
