    Looks like how my grandmother started her gnocchi...❤️ I love how this is such a fun, different twist on a pasta dish! ( I might just use cooked lasagna noodles.😳)

    Does your pasta machine imprint a texture onto the pasta ? I see it has a wooden roller. Much like a mattarello would produce.

    Rachael - semolina is a totally different animal from semola - which is what you held up for a to see. You will totally confuse people if you say “semolina” while holding up “semola.” If your followers try to make egg pasta with semolina it will be like handling a rock. I roll my pasta by hand and even a tablespoon of “semola” (much finer than semolina) is harder to roll out. Just trying to clarify.
