The plant you are holding is portulaca arfa, which is not jade but it's commonly known as jade these days. And this plant you are holding is a chemically induced variegated plants. The variegation of this plants is temporary. The new growth will be green, as usual plant. I think you need to make a video on artificial induced variegation for commercial reasons.

Jade plant not require any special fertilizer…it require less water n sunlight …it grow well in normal garden soil…even it’s any kind of cutting grow very easily in normal soil.

It is very hard to remove roots from cocopeat. In fact it is impossible. As such, the plant can never be repotted, can it? Thus, are we supposed to let it die in that pot?
Why do the leaves get wrinkled and dull even if the soil stays moist and is put in airy area though it's monsoon now? The plant gets sun too

This coming from a hobby gardener with a moderate amount of experience: No coco peat doesn't have many nutrients. It's main usefullness comes from the fact that it's an excellent growing medium. You must supply nutrients when you fertilize. On the fertilizer, just be CAREFUL and don't mix too strong - ever! If anything, err on the side of mixing it too weak. The plant won't die from it being too weak. Too strong? It can easily burn the roots and my kill it, especially a succulent like a jade.

I think its varagation
It gives flowers in its native regions but this one is with variegated leaves.

The temp is not the prob but the plant needs few hours of sunlight and also if ur planning to keep it indoors thn a well draining soil. But u need to keep it near a sunny window...

I had repotted my jade plant it was growing fine, new leaves were emerging, i gave liquid seaweed fertilizer diluted in water after 3 weeks of repotting, now the new leaves (which i can see will sprout) are drying off turning brown. I water it when soil dry, kept in good sun, no insect attack, Where have i gone wrong? pls if u can guide
When u repot the plant already has plenty of nutrients from the fresh soil. So wen u added fertilizer it caused fertilizer burn.. too much for a growing succulent like crassula.. that I think was the reason..

Keep it in direct sun and with only soil no coco peat strictly no coco peat . And Don't water it for a week .
