I'm confused as to this contradiction you keep referring to. I completely agree that Paul writes primarily to and about Jewish Believers in the first 8 chapters, and then primarily addresses gentile Believes, and the reason for his writing Romans is the reconciliation of these 2 groups. He wants them to "lift one voice". But how does this undo his clear teaching that, Romans 9:23-24 “And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory, even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among Gentiles...”
It's not all Jews who are chosen, and it's not all gentiles who are vessels of wrath, but God has chosen a people in Christ, Jews and gentiles alike.

Biblical Hermeneutics are subjective. People often discuss them as if they are objective but they are at their core: presuppositions. Some are good, some are bad.
