How come when I melt white Chocolate and put in a pipping bag it immediately hardens within 5 seconds? What can I do to prevent this from happening pls? Thanks
Hi! I like the ones from flourbox.com and Amazon. Flour box has food safe brushes only and on Amazon you would have to look for them specifically but they are there.

How to store?
I put it in ref. And its sweating after taking off from ref
I place them in an airtight container then place them in the fridge. When I take them out I don’t remove the lid until it’s completely room temp.
