June is one of my favorite people to watch on youtube. Please promote her and giver her a big raise b/c she deserves it.
Oh some of my favorite June Xie recipes are in here: the chicken schmaltz chili oil, the banana oat pancake, the fried cauliflower...I think a lot of the ratings were low for reasons that aren't necessarily negative to the recipe, like it getting cold and soggy or the pancakes not being moist enough without syrup...There's so much creativity and solid technique in all of these as well...

Honestly you've given me so much inspiration and confidence to use ingredients in ways I hadn't before. My family is very stick to the recipe, if something is missing or substituted you've failed train of thought and you really helped me bust out of that mentality
i would not suggest using her budget eats recipes unless you want your family sick, erin can spit it out off camera

We love olives of all kinds!!! Budget Eats is my top choice to watch on Delish's YT channel. Being part of the Hearst Corporation had food concept that connects people on multiple levels. June explains meals ideas from price, products, recipes, making. and trying them. The best part is it's like hanging out with a friend while all going on in her kitchen. Slightly Kosher with Tess was my next choice here. As I enjoy learning how to make different cuisines from around the world.

Makes sense that Aaron realised he shouldn't be judging her dishes because she didn't make them with the heat HE likes. That's true. He should be judging on the efforts she made, excluding the heat-ness of the dish. If he likes it hotter, he realised that he should just add it later. He was a little sorry and apologised to June. Good on him. He's a nice guy

Based on the title I just want to say June makes miracles with all her knowledge & skills. These might not have been the highest rated but with the ingredients she uses I couldnt do 10% of what she does .. Just saying!

Just found her videos yesterday been watching a few and I love watching her cook but to be honest everything she makes is sort of just thrown together with no "real recipe" and probably could not make the same thing twice and make it taste the same like recipes can. She does great for weird veggies that many in America don't cook together but vegetarians would love it to get new ideals for dishes. Also lots of salt, pepper and spicy like Asian meals like to use but I'm not big on MSG because it causes me to have a headache and bloated stomach lol. I know she does budget meals but not typical meals for families with children and a husband that likes meat. lol Would love to know if anyone in the comments have ever tried cooking what she makes if it turned out sort of with the flavor she described. I just like to watch her and hear his reaction. Does she have her own page too?

why do this to june, why post that her worst meals are better than ours, what in gods name are you people eating? june just throws random ingredients together i honestly do not understand how she is a recipe coordinator whatever with delish, seems like you would go bankrupt, i KNOW june can cook a limited number of recipes but the VAST majority on budget eats is her just putting ANY ingredients together i would NEVER put most of the things she makes in my mouth
