I've been driving 2023 Clio GT for a few days as my courtesy car and As a Puma ST line X owner I have to say that I like more Clio the interier is more ergonomic much better seats, armrest central consol, gear box is much smoother, the gear stick is in better position, no squeak and rattle like in Puma, better MPG plus all the extras like cameras etc.... It's a great little car and 5 k cheaper than Puma.
Renault in Europe is the 'new VW'; not too expensive compared to others and well equipped. Their engines (especially 1.5dci and 1.6dci) are reliable. We'll see with hybrids. The only realistic problem I have with their cars is extensive hard plastic, even Austral top-tier has a hard plastic on dash once you move the finger away from alcantara stitching part. I complained to the dealer after test drive how can 40+ K eur car have such plastic on DASH and he said 'well you won't touch it when driving'. No, but after few 10K km it'll start to crack and rattle. He didn't have anything to respond.
As an owner of the 2018 Clio 1.5dci, it is a nice-looking car. Although, the front looks like Peugeot. (Not a fan). Safety features 10/10. Interior 9/10. Exterior 7/10. Nice video, btw :)
I have a 2017 model which I like. The latest edition looks great. I was thinking of a Tyota but I think the new Clio would be my next choice, especially when I have been driving a Clio for the past six years. Enjoyed the video, thanks. I think you convinced me.
I have equilibre clio 2024, i want to change the radio with e-tech multimedia just like the video. How can i find original e-tech hybrid multimedia kit? And if i put this multimedia in my car, do i face any problems while it is working ? Thanx
What I find strange is that you have cockpit lighting etc but the only thing is not illuminated is the letters at the gear shift the only indication is on the dash cluster even then it's miniscule, it's natural for your eyes to look at the gear shift and when you have no street lights the shift is in complete darkness, big error by Renault.
@@AndresReve Every hybrid Clio had e-save. That mode just makes the car charge the battery more often and tries to fill it. I don't notice a big difference with mine honestly. Sports mode specifically already makes the car charge the battery all the time.
Did they changed something? I was looking forward to seeing that fancy animations but the instrument panel looks almost completely different than what is shown on the video. I was wondering why the hell ...
I had the 2021 Pre-facelift E-tech clio. Its "Hybrid" function is a joke. You can't even choose when to drive electric. It just switches randomly to electric for a few minutes once in a while. The "EV" button to turn on the electric function manually also never works. It always says "EV function not available". With full tank of gas you still drive like 700km's just like a regular petrol car of the same segment.
I have this e-tech hybrid already 3 years. I have to say, that in first days it was necessary to understand how the hybrid works and after that It is easy to see range 1000km or drive 3-4km just in electric mode (in town). Of course on summer and with summer tires. If there is an ussue with comsumption, the reason is often among steering wheel and the seat.
I ordered the Espirit Alpine in Blue and it’s been delivered in the next few weeks. It’s just going through safety checks at the moment
awesome news, you will love it :)

I loved every generation of the clio, this looks great and It also has a big trunk for being a small car

its def not the new VW. They are still way more VW being sold and driven around then Renault
They say the same with Peugeots. These cars just have more maintenance and after a while everything starts cracking and making noise.

My man you traded an S3 for a French car? Damn.

I got it in white so very pleased 😊
Mine is Valencia orange 😉
Is it continuous or it is not existing once the small battery is completely charched?
Great video. Very helpful.
Thanks.
Glad to hear that, thanks for the comment 😀
I would take the Porsche in the background🇩🇪🚗
Beautiful car
Can't wait for the next Megane Alpine (RS)
Megane RS Ultimate was the final version of that wonderfull car

I've ordered my new clio ive gone for the 145bhp hybrid
Awesome choice😀
Which trim/color did you choose?
@crospotter13 sliver I went for evolution
Once it is not working, we mean the B driving mode, how can you descend with security?
Cool! 😎
That should be wit a nice spoiler and 4 exhaust pipe 270/300 hp will be amazing car
I live in the uk I’m picking mine up Tuesday
Awesome congrats😀 which spec did you choose? Same as this one?
@@crospotter13 esprit alpine the same one 2024 plate

Hi I've chosen the Techno hybrid, does it come with DAB radio i forgotten to ask
Why did you drive with the light on 😭
Nice car on 2.58 😁

No more Megane
@@LasixJ I know, unfortunately 🙁
Wich city is that? Its beautiful
thanks, it's Zagreb in Croatia :)
Looks amazing and fun but sadly dont think we will get it in South Africa.
Does this car have DAB radio ?
1.5 dci and edc ?
Where is this?
What about B driving mode?
Looks much better than the Peugeot 208
Mama mia🤩🥰🇫🇷🥇👍
Could you try the e-save mode?
Este modelo no es enchufable, no tiene modo e-save
@@jacmol6002 yes, It has. You can see it on the screen. The new clio has e-save Mode.

Why, why they’ve removed this graphic from the speedometer….why😢

wow🥰🥰
if only this engine/gearbox combo was reliable, it would be a great pick...
I’m sure it’s just fine!
It is not like the 2020 Icon 1.3 tce, it has faults and is of poorer quality.
Yes
Man, that blinker sound is so annoying..
You can reduce the volume!
@@realnice2 This is gonna be annoying even with reduced volume.
Happy the pre-facelift still came with a "normal" sound.
You can usually change what kind of blinker sound plays in cars like these, but idk
@@jirik777you’re never gonna be happy
Bro it's just a restyling not a new car
Blue light is just horrible for eyes
Ambient light by gearbox stick just in one side 😂😂😂😂
so much plastics in car, Greta is having seizures....

The interior is almost the exact same as the Renault zoe
And the Captur... and the Arkana, you point being? The same goes for volkswagen, audi, mercedes etc.
@@Evokyr ok and? I was just making a point no need to get defensive like you work for Renault
Beautiful only slow as fuck
my clio from 2000 is better😜😜😜😜😜😜
That sounds a bit like cope, but you do you
Am I the only one who doesn't like it ?
Yeah
No, I don't luke the new front
Hum, Renault : voitures pas très fiables comparées aux Hyundai, Toyota, Kia ... En revance les Toyota sont très moches .
The indicator sound is ridiculous.
It looks nice, but the design was copied from the new lada Vesta
no
...not at all?
Even if that was true, Lada is part of the renault group...
Mitsubishi clio
renault made it first?

Genuinely that clio has been the same shape for 10 years poor poor design
Most unreliable brand in the world.
Too bad, cos they're well-designed.
Even Jeep has less mechanical and electronic failures.
Were exactly did you get that data?
