Connor, I have been following your work since your analysis of PF and I think you are head and heels above 99% out there. With the 'top down' analysis, why do you brilliantly pinpoint dental/ jaw problem(s) and then refer all this to regional practioners? I have been looking for years for any practitioner aligning the jaw- impetus theory and most don't agree on the connection and refer to a dentist or the therapy they best sell. We (People) are great at finding problems and poor at fixing same.

Your videos are an incredible source of information in this complicated field.
I’m excited to see the channel grow even more in 2023! 🎉
For this exercise, I found a dental flosser to work even better than a popsicle stick (doesn’t feel dry and feels nicer around the edge of the mouth) and it might be something that people also have available.

You're really knowledgeable. Do you have any advice for herniated disc's? Lumbar and cervical.

So basically this means my right ankle which is lacking internal rotation(after peroneal surgery) is the root cause of my higher right hip, higher left shoulder, left tilted head and chronic pain? Do you think treating the root cause (the foot) will help with all the other things or do i need to learn PRI for example?

My right foot and ankle are pretty messed up between injuries, walking on slanted surfaces a LOT as a child, and being a dancer for a decade and a half, as ive been working on healing and restoring my foot and ankle the rest of my body is aligning itself, all of which is to say yes your ankle can absolutely cause bodywide issues if it lacks proper range of motion.

    Hi Conor,
You've tested Trevor a number of times and while his mobility is very good, he is at times tighter than others. My question is what is the expectation after changes are made and retained as far as long term relief/success? I'm sure upkeep varies from person to person, but generally, is there a point where specific patterning/depatterning is no longer needed? PS, not ragging on Trevor at all, haha.

We film these throughout the day usually before or after lifting. Trevor likes to lift heavy and do Powerlifting-style movements, which are the most stiffness-inducing lifts outs there. When you see him tight it’s usually post-training, but a drill or two gets him moving nicely again. Just depends on the person, but most should be able to keep their adaptations just by doing a drill or two before or after training
