Integrity Sylvie. That's what it is. You have it in spades mate, and you should stick to it for as long as you decide you want to 👍👍👍. Love that phrase - "I don't wanna bend over to something I could've done in my first ten fights". You're soooo much more than three-round entertainment MT. Everything you do is your journey, and I honestly believe you'd be doing it whether any of us ever saw it or not. And with that motivation and approach, you are actually the epitome of thoroughly entertaining MT. We get to see your soul, and it's real good babes 🙏🙏🙏. 😎

My 13 year old daughter started training Muay Thai and watches your shorts. Love to hear your perspective....

Sylvie, I think you should compete on ONE or do some entertainment Muay Thai. Not everyone is going to understand what you're trying to accomplish with archiving the art of Muay Thai, especially at first, and ONE could be a great way to ease westerners into your goals. Respectfully, you and Kevin have both done enough for "traditional" or "authentic MT. I think you should make money while you're still young and competing, take the exposure-people will definitely find your archive after your fight-and not overthink it.

This is quite interesting. However, I don’t think that it would work. One is for hardcores, and every hardcore muay thai fan etc would probably already know who sylvie is.

@@antant06To me, ONE is the biggest competitor to UFC, so she’d definitely be growing her audience and at least have a platform to discuss traditional MT

Tom Cruise is in some pretty amazing roles in sci-fi and fantasy movies. I have very fond memories of him and Tim Curry in Legend.
But I get what you're saying. Five round Muay Thai is like True Detective mini series where you get lots of character development and some real "HOLY CRAP" moments.

To keep on with the comparison as someone in Europe with tend to have access to the entertainment stuff as well as more indi/"regular" cinema
I think its the same with Muay Thai you have access to the more traditional stuff being in Thailand compare to your viewer or people on reddit where we are kinda stuck with One, RWS or
    PETCHYINDEE at best

I can't prove it but I'm pretty sure One Championship tells its mt fighters not to teep or clinch. You barely see either of the two which I think is partially responsible for why we see western fighters winning against Thais at such a high rate.

Petchmorakot had a muay khao style that wasn’t popular with the fans so Tawanchai became their new face and rising star.

Hello Sylvie, thanks for your content. I'm going to Phuket to train for couple of weeks in January. Would you be so kind to do a video of what to expect, how to arrive prepared and stuff? Thanks

"Smartless" and "Conan O'Brien Needs A Friend" have been a blessing through the pandemic and I'm still listening to both 🙌😄
