I'm 16 and i'm currently not enrolled in school. I have had trouble with grades and paying attention in class. I was diagnosed with Diabetes at 8 and that just put it down even worse. It's me and my mom and my goal is to let my mom retire. This is teaching me a bunch and i've learned so much. Continue to do these Vlad💯

Notice the way Vlad comes off to us his viewers! No gold chains, no colorful, luxury name clothing. He comes off as a simple person who knows the value of a dollar. The irony of this is that he is most likely more wealthy than half of the rappers he interviews and they are the ones who show off their jewelry, clothing, etc. also being typically younger too. Vlad is straight up “think rich spend poor” I see you
IZ I agree he makes clever moves but Vlad definitely spends on luxury items. Mentioned owning a presidential Rolex for 15k-25k in loads of his videos. A few people have said he sneaker game is on point too, obviously not a bad thing seeing as looking goods part of hip hop but he moves smart with it
To be fair, a part of a rapper's branding is showing off luxurious items...for better or for worse. That's not Vlad's market so he'd be even dumber than the rappers if he was doing that.

Vlad looks down on a lot of the stuff rappers do but he continuously interviews them on it. He is older now so his tastes have changed. He has 3 Rollies and he lives in Calabasas. He is spending money. Believe that.
If he owns the Rolex watches and house outright, both retain their value and he could even sell them for more after a few years. It's consumption, but these things aren't worthless and wont depreciate heavily in value like a new car or customized jewelry

If there is debt approaching 7 years of age it will fall off of your credit anyway.
Make sure not to contact creditors about very old debt, it will restart the clock.
Student debt is an exception of course.

I just want my baby use only 10% of your limit. This is how I do it. One of my credit cards have a $1000 credit limit. I use It to pay my cellphone bill that is around $100 monthly which is 10% of my credit limit. I set up autopay so that it will automatically pay my phone bill every month then I get a pair of scissors and cut my card up so that it can’t be used for anything else. Then I set up a autopay thought my bank account to pay my credit card bill every month. It’s as easy as that. I have two other credit cards that I have set up this way for different bills. My credit score is climbing without me even doing anything but paying bills that I was paying before I got the credit cards. It’s that easy.

Vlad my number one rule was I didnt spend more than 1/3 of my take-home pay on rent.... It has helped me save $20,000 a year. Most people spend over 50% which can make it hard. I live in the bay for it was the difference between moving from SF and paying $2000 a month and moving to Oakland and paying $950 a month

when it comes to going back to school or just plain going to school and accumulating more debt, its best to add a caveat about making sure you get an education in the right thing. a computer science degree is alot more useful degree than something in humanities and social sciences. If you just get a degree without prioritizing and figuring out where you can use it best financially, you're going to be sinking yourself into an even bigger hole.

Brooklyn Dodger agreed. But the problem is that it’s about your overall compensation. People tend to focus on just the paycheck. People that continuously change jobs many times hav trouble saving for retirement or having any real money in their 401Ks
Brooklyn Dodger It paid off for me to work harder at my current company. The VP noticed my work ethic and i got two increases in an 8 mth span. Then when a position became available for a System Admin, I got it...two more raises followed😁🤑

I do IT work too. I learn a new skill and use it to get a better job elsewhere. Most people don’t get rich or gain financial independence from their 9 to 5. They get it from investing in themselves.
