That's way to heavy and expensive, thanks for the repew. Btw, shorter videos I don't believe is what people want, your doing us all a favor of letting us experience these optics before purchasing. This is an incredible asset to the consumer and your one of the only ones doing it right. Thank you and don't change a thing.
Agreed, l9nger in depth reviews with labeled chapters rock. And we appreciate your time, filming, calculating facts, performances,etc.. Thas personal time out of your life!
I agree with making the videos the same length or a little longer honestly. People like being able to see as much of the product as possible before purchase
I think the Meopta Optika6 is way over looked and one of the best bang for the buck optics you can buy. I have the 3-18X50 FFP BDC reticle on a Browning X-Bolt Max Long Range 6.8Weatern. The reticle is a great size below 10 power but 12 and above its bigger than I prefer. But over all an awesome optic!
I love European glass. The contrast and clarity is unbelievable and the IOR are a great example of this. Here in Europe we are lucky that these Europe glass is relatively more competitively priced than the US. I am a little surprised with the play in your tracking. I don't have the Breaker though know a few that have and shoot competitively with them. IOR are comparatively popular here in Europe and their models are often seen in high end target events, everything from air gun bench rest to field target to ultra long range fifty calibre so the brand is generally considered to be a very consistent.
I had looked at their 1-10 but 2500 when the primary arms platinum 1-8 is so good I couldn’t do it. Can’t believe how mediocre as hell this things was. Thanks so much.
I have a 1-4 by them, fisheye is terrible at 1x, when I called and questioned them about it, they said it was "normal", I will never buy anything of theirs again. Not sure they make the model I have anymore. This is one optic I wouldn't mind risking in the mail if you wanted to review it, but doesn't make alot of sense if it is discontinued.
@@mrs.vasquezz I'm not speaking of the real normal of 1x, this is abnormal fisheye that doesn't clear up until 1.5x. I don't have great vision and I can tell the difference. The Steiner P 1-4 I have is light years ahead of the IOR.
Hey. First I have to say the optics in this look phenomenal from what I can see. Constrast, resolution, FOV and AFOV look great. I wonder if the eyebox is tight even when backed down to something like 6 power? I'd find that hard to believe with a 42 mm objective vs lpvos at 6x with a 24-28mm objective. If that's the case it's kind of a poorly executed design. It should be way better than an lpvo in that regard Also, if you get a chance please do a review of a meopta 1.7-10x42 or 2-16 or a zeiss victory 1.8-14×50. Maybe someone can send you one. As far as mpvos (or all around hunting scopes) they seem almost perfect and not outrageously heavy
Optically it isnt bad, but you have to be so perfect behind it to get the full potential out of it. I really need to get my hands on more Meopta's because I have high hopes after the O6
Ever done a side by side comparison between the Valdada Recon Gen2 4.8x30x56 in 40 mm tube and the Vortex 4.5x27x56 in 36 mm tube? Seems like the 40mm tube has the advantage in turret rise to 150 MOA but don’t know if that’s where the advantages end. Thanks
Tldr :p what's your current favorite mid to highish end circa 2.5-10 or so. Think i agree with some folks that i don't like 1-8 lvpos and would rather go dedicated intermediate range optic.
The best is probably the NF option. Unfortunately I dont have hands on experience with them. All of the offerings in the lower price range all have their own little quirks that some people might not like vs the competitors.
@@CDOES I think I types this before watching your swampfox one, that was pretty glowing for most part. Might be my option as a non serious long range shooter, I'm bizzarly stingy/loose w/ my money. 6k on a Nox35 but want to spend a good bit under 1k for a moderate range scope going on something I dont think I'll pretend to fight with even if we all kinda mind larp the possibility.
What's your opinion on a 3-9x instead of a 2-10x for an SPR? Would the 3-9x be easier to produce or lighter? A 1x difference on either side seems like it wouldn't be a deal breaker given the new popularity of offset red dots
Could you do a video with the camera at 1x, and comparing various magnifications at whatever ranges you have available? I can’t decide what level of mag I should get and no one has good videos about things like how much mag you need to ID a target at 3-500. Or if they try to show it, their camera is so zoomed in that you don’t actually get an genuine image of the reticle and mag at range. I’d love to see a 3x vs 5x specifically but any comparison would be great
If I had the money, I’d buy this but since I don’t there are a lot of options with the same benefits which won’t break the bank. Still though if money is no object I would love to own an ior or March scope.😁
I met ior in 2001, their products were good and their factory price mostly not exceed 600usd * (cheaper than meopta with better tactical line). What happened that they are sooooo expensive today? Was it bought by some Western investment group?
If it was 25 oz versus 35 Oz, you would certainly notice a difference in the quality of the glass on the inside. It is heavy because it is made with exceptional glass! Just my two cents.
Thank you for the awesome video, but you didn't mention the secondary zero and how to use it. Do you have any idea where one can find directions on how to use it? Cheers
How do you go about selling your optics? As in do you only do local? What would be best way to get in touch with you if we wanted to buy something you’re selling?

Much obliged mate! I will
Bizarre. Diopter. Turrets. Reticle. Eyebox. All of it is just bizarre. Great review as always 👏🏻
Thats a great way to sum it up

Any chance you are going to review the Athlon helos 2-12x44? I'm ditching my strike eagle for it soon
I would love a comparison between the Athlon swampfox, PA GLX, and the credo!
Its on my short list for a purchase

I have the Valdada Recon G2 and absolutely love it! Thanks for the great review!
