@@KamranWahabDiaries appreciated the point you highlighted. Sir our system is totally near to collapse. Our legislators and Law ministers intentionally bring such ambiguous law just to please special class of people. Nd our higher judiciary discourage constitutional writs.

@@ikrambaloch6377 just a side comment, Even law ministers or ministers so called don't know what they are signing on .it the bureaucracy that slips in things like that . Just an as the many other bills were passed with the state bank bill . Mostly people don't even know kya kya pass ho gaya hai
90% of the people are not aware of how a civilised society works and what are their rights. They have accepted and happy with their fate.
5% are enjoying this loophole and rest 5% who unfortunately have the awareness are forced to leave the country.

Sir, I appreciate your way of highlighting the failed justice system. We need to rewrite all legislation to benefit the public. Here everything is the same as you have given an example. Distortion of the crime scene by LEAs is everyday business.
The judge gets a false investigation report so how can he gives the correct judgment.
We've to start from zero in almost all sectors for all good things to see in our country, Pakistan.

Your video provides a great root cause analysis of sorry state of justice system. The legislators are least interested in enacting or changing the outdated laws, the law enforcement agencies are underfunded and are too corrupt to gather the evidence to build a solid case. However, the judges and lawyers are also from the same society and share some of the blame as well, there are no holy cows here.

This justice system is the outcome of 3years part time LLB. (Lawers+judges). Now we have five year full time LLB. Only top level students will be selected now. AFTER 10 years justice system will be in the hands of these students.

Sir, you are correct. The law department is the passive place to work. Similarly our Police is full of dull officers. Unless we dont work hard , nothing could be done with failed justice system.

Thank you dear Ashir for sharing your thoughts. We need a rigorous accountability system without any discrimination. Legal and police reforms are required to revive our justice system. The role of the public prosecutor is inefficient and ineffective in Pakistan. For instance in European Countries, public prosecutors play an important role and the police are unable to do corruption. We shall enhance such mechanism in Pakistan. There is a need to fix the time limit for upper and lower courts' judges to decide the cases otherwise they shall hold responsible and accountable. Thank you.

More and more cases of mobile snatching and house robberies by policemen in Karachi are happening. In the name of implementing COVID-19 SOPs, police has increased their bribes, and if someone refuses, police registers an FIR within 15 minutes. Once FIR has been registered, not only an individual cannot get released immediately but also spends 3 to 4 times more than the bribe which was asked in the first place. The situation of courts is so bad that people are getting injured and killed almost every other day inside its premises. The tipping point has been crossed, now there is no chance of any improvement. Rather the decline will only accelerate.

Well agree with your point of view but let us blame these judges and lawyers also who do not want to give timely justice just to earn from oppressors. Look at the perks and privileges of these judges as compared to their output. I believe even they get corrected in these present laws, things would change tremendously.

Ashar I often watch your videos and like. You are right about irresponsibility of legislature, but most of our MNAs, MPAs and Senators are unable to read the bill, even in Urdu some members can't.Those who can read, have not time for it.They have other priorities to pursue.When Musharraf introduced an amendment for eligibility of a assembly member that at least he/ she must be graduate, there was too loud noise against that, that it was withdrawn. A complete overhaul of our system is the need of the hour to stop sharp decline of Pakistan.
Oh please stop glorifying Musharraf he did that for another purpose... and most of the ppl in parliament are brought by Generals... yeh nalaik hi dekhna chahtay hain in parliament otherwise they will have to answer for curroption they have done...

I think this is the point where at least you should acknowledge that Imran Khan already understood this issue in the justice system. When he is trying to bring the policies and law refinement the bureaucracy and bad elements in the democracy are resisting. Imagine a doctor & engineer after successfully completing a degree starting his job around 30K in Pakistan. Where as a CSS officer's perks are more than 30k RS. A lot to say here, but I don't see any CSS in the UK, or any EU country. Anyone just studies in the University and apply for such job in administration.
