Tim how do you sort those alias address in your inbox. For better productivity it would be preferable that the emails coming from different alias address, were filtered out in the inbox so you know which ones are which. If you have an alias called info@ and one called ‘sales@‘ they all get jumbled into the same email inbox.
Great question. I organise my inbox in this way using labels. You can find this function in the settings to your gmail app. I may have to do another video on this soon. 🤓
I have an email all set up. My assistant is getting emails to her computer. I forwarded them to her. How do I set up her email so that she can respond to an email and when it is sent outgoing, it shows the Aliases account, not her personal?
What a great question. If you don’t want to pay for another domain, your assistant can simply log into the same gmail account and then use different aliases. If you set up multiple aliases following what I teach in this video. You can then send and receive using aliases. Let me know if this helps.
Thank you. Can i create up to 50 emails from the domain? And how many emails do you recommend i sent from each of the aliases if am to send bulk emails for better deliverability?
@paulbiznessworld4910 I do believe it's up to 30 aliases now with Google Workspace. However, if you're sending emails in bulk, I would select only one address to send them from. Hope this helps. :)

Thanks for the video Tim. Is it possible to view those other inboxes without setting up forwarding?
Hey Andos, thanks for your question. Yes, this is possible. But you will have to manually log into each inbox respectively.
Why I don't have Admin on my account?
Hey Nikola. Do you pay for a Google Workspace domain, or do you have a free gmail account? The admin function will only show on a paid workspace.
Thank you.

so what i understand is its not free....
You can’t get away from paying for one domain email. But you can create multiple additional emails for free using aliases. 🤓
having to pay 2 fees isn't exactly "free" now is it?...your video should be titled ..."with a small subscription fee".
Thank you so much for your feedback. It means a lot! 🙏🏼
