    Good first attempt. May i suggest that you only use the device for pressing out the roti. Then transfer to a flat pan on the fire for roasting. It's waaaay faster on a fire and the rotis come out much softer and well roasted.

    I have literally never tried this device. But after watching this tutorial I am somehow really keen to get going. By the way just wanted to say you make a really good host for tutorials. Very easy to follow and educational too x

    Why do turn the chapatis if that thing is heating both sides equally?

    Kindly use a wooden or plastic spoon so as to keep the unstick side

    How is theTiming?

      The timing depends on the amount of heat you have wired. After every half a minute you keep on turning the chapati

      Try cooking when it's open. I noticed the same thing also with mine. Then don't press it too hard. Though it's more like cooking roti than Chapati.

    My dear tell people the truth plz.some will go buy and get disappointed like me today. My brand is nunix and am disappointed big tym.its not heating enough to give us the best final product which is Chapo.inakausha cause moto ni kidogo

      Sorry about that . Mine haikaushii. It only kaushaz when you close it. That happened to me the first time. Then it tastes like Roti as I mentioned in my video , the taste is not the normal chapati taste.
