Most of my palms are what I consider ornamental and I like to give them a unique look. I try to stay away from some of the larger growing palm trees that are common in most neighborhoods. They can be very messy with seed pods, etc.

Did you paint with oil base paint? Usually those metal doors come it’s oil base paint from factory.

Did you prime before painting color? What type of paint did you use and how many gallons for 1 door? Thanks
I did not prime. There is primer in the paint. I used Sherwin Willliams paint. 1 gallon will allow for 2 coats of paint on one door.
