    Good warm-up tips. The shoes look cool but 8mm drop and tight forefoot are a non starter for me. I have much better success at avoiding injury with zero drop and wider at forefoot the way your foot is meant to work and support you.

    Which exercises would you recommend if i have one leg weaker(i run 52 to 48 % harder on the right) according to my advanced dynamics?
