I'm on my 5th one in less than a year. I love this shiatsu back massager, but I've had the same problem with every one. I use it daily for my back injury and consequent arthritis. The problem is, the back revolving massager on the left side wears completely through and rips the fabric apart, disabling the device. I've returned two of the devices under warranty and received replacements for them, but they're not warrantied. I've suggested to the company that they incorporate a non friction producing Teflon oven mat material cover inside the fabric and over the rollers so they don't build up friction heat and rub off the nylon covering over the roller balls. Maybe they'll read this. Anyway, 90 days is as much use I ever got out of every one of them.
You will not beat the Comfier. One of the best things I have ever bought. It will be replaced immediately if it fails within the free 3 year extended guarantee. Had mine for around three weeks now and absolutely love it - back & neck so much better. Air bags hold you like a safe, reassuring cuddle. Quality perfect!
Anyone know what charger you would use for this? Cause I purchased one from a bath & beyond that's going out of business. Came with everything but the adapter that goes into the wall
Did you not watch the actual video? He has it laid flat out on a table so had you bothered to watch the video even only half way through you could have seen all the bits moving while it was laid out flat on the table.
You said this works for people of any size. You are 6'3" and it fits your back and shoulder area. How would it possibly fit someone 5'3"? Seems the neck/shoulder massaging piece would be massaging near the top/back of my head, not my shoulder blade/neck area.
Hi. Actually, I had this massage chair. I refunded only that because it's not doing full back massage. Do you see in middle that small gap between back and neck, so that gap actually is the main part to be messaged, but it could not reach. So I would not recommend it.
