I am so sorry for all those affected by retrogression. I have been there and had to wait 7 yrs to get my family here. My family was to-follow, too. Got my immigrant visa in Jan 2007 and the next month retrogression happened. They got stuck there in the Phil. I waited for my citizenship then petitioned them as IR status which is always current for immediate family. Goodluck and God Bless.

Hello nurse Juan, for dependents aging out meron Child Protection Act, basta nasa I140 stage na daw you need to contact your agency lawyer to check if you qualify. Congress recognized that many children were aging out due to large USCIS processing backlogs, so it enacted the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) to protect certain children from aging out. The CSPA went into effect on August 6, 2002.

For those with current PD, we can still hope & pray for IDs to be released prior to Oct right? or should we also wait for Oct?
It's always hard to tell when the IDs will be given for an individual.... Average is aboit 3-6 months waiting period... So hopefully, mah chance pa din. 😊

Hello po Nurse Juan, I’ve been a silent subscriber po. Today, my husband and I felt devasted po with an email from his agency. We were asked po to cancel our medical and scheduled interview date due to retrogression. My husband’s PD po is May 2022. As soon as saw from the CEAC tracker na status “ready” na po, we booked from CGI and nedical. We received an email from “ManilaIVInfo” last May 4. We are 50/50 if we really need to cancel po but we are hoping to call USEM as you advised in the video. Thank you po. Pakiramdam po namin binagsakan kami ng langit but hoping po for possible consideration. Praying po talaga kc baka po pag sisihan namin if we cancel without even asking and trying as you advised po. 🥺💔
Im sorry to hear that po. Sorry late reply. On vacation kc. If July po ang interview nyo, baka doon din pupunta yan dahil nga sa retro date na Feb2022. Ganun din feeling ng iba na nag pa medical na and all, waiting for the ID, sabay pasok si retrogression. All po na cancel sad to say... Hopefully sa October po may good news. And i think there will be.... U can try pa din and coordinate, or wait it out, pero risk of having to do another medical if u do.. Praying po sa case nyo and sa outcome. God bless po
