Because of the cold and wet weather I have been super unmotivated to do anything and realise 2 full weeks have passed. Yes that is an excuse but I just can’t get it together in the morning to do it. I’d be very interested to hear your 5th dose reasons if that is something you wanted to share. Hope you have a good week on the 5mg with no side effects.
My fourth week weigh in was this morning - 10.5 off. Delighted as I’m 65. Decided to stay on 2.5mg as food suppression is still good. I’m going to do the ‘golden dose’ tonight - see how that goes. Have a good week. X
@@KirstineD That is great you are stying on 2.5mg, I WISH I had stayed on it too for at least another month. I am not sure if 65 is a typo for 55 or you are actually 65, you don;t look it at all!! I have done the golden dose twice already myself 😊
HI, You can defnitely see a difference in the pics. Great job! As far as alcohol, I defnitely cannot drink the same now. I get an instant headache and it is not at all enjoyable to me.
