Kuch bhee na khaa k weight kam karna kahan ki aqalmandi hay... Khana Allah ki naimat hay kam khayen aur hmesha khayen ...yehi lige time healthy way hay. Baqi sab kuch time say shashky hain. Yeh maan laina chahye on first step k khan kam karny k elawa charh naee hay, roti half khaao aik ki bjaye par 3 waqt khaao u r good to go. Kuch bhee na khaao aap zindagi ki khushi miss kar rahy hain
Its a very unhealthy weight loss. We should always start our day with a healthy breakfast and in lunch dnt skip roti or rice. We should eat in portion control. And even a light dinner is must. We can switch to intermittent fasting of 16hrs with having 3 meals. Its sustainable and we wont gain weight back.
Who told u this worst diet plan once she aged will definitely face the health issues, if u r going to gym eat healthy food
