I'm proud of these young black women too, we don't hear about them enough though.
The room with the real fireplace seems like it would be a great dining room and give you extra living room space without a table.

Oh yes! I timed my dinner perfectly. I’m obsessed with this show (yes I said show)! I was waiting for her to pop up in a vlog... SheBuildsThingz did such a great job on the console and her carpentry is crazy good.

It's wild how quickly these videos go by. Before you know it the closing music comes on. But I think she did a great job building the fireplace console. Her excitement was funny and endearing at the same time. This is by far my favorite show to watch. And it has me looking forward to Monday nights.
You could also turn the den area into a formal dining area. Put some bar stools to the island. And use the other room as the living space

You should make that front room a formal dining area with extra seating; maybe two pretty club chairs on on both sides of the fireplace and a six seater table

The wall pictures looks good over the couch. Yes. The single shelf's would look better.
A Medium wood tone shelf would look great over the toilet.

That cloud blue sofa is everything, that sofa calls for one accent wall behind it in blueish tone yesss.

The room next to the kitchen, with the brick fireplace, would look nice as a formal dining room OR sitting room (since you've chosen your livingroom set up already.
Your fire place look real nice in the living room your house is coming together good.
I think the room with the fireplace should be the living room and let the room with the sofas become your dining room it will give you more space between the table and the breakfast bar then you can add a buffet in the dining room as well

Your home is coming together beautifully, I remember when you demo it and your Uncle was assisting you w/renovations. The wooden hand soap and lotion dispenser you could've bought them and labled it using a nice script lettering from a printer. And the bathroom get the glass frosted shelving maybe 3...🏡

Hey sis friendly deco advise make TV focal point ( mount on wall across from kitchen) mean where ever u sit or stand u (and guest) can c TV. Get rid of consol or keep for storage and decor and build Frame around fireplace and mount on wall under TV. Or return fireplace and jus use the fireplace channel on you tube. Face couches n middle of room facing each other mean the back of one couch face front door and the other back of couch face patio. And hang ur wall art on the left and right side of 📺. To Sum it all up have more floor space without consol by mounting 📺
That white iron carriage would be good for photography studio for taking pics. 🥳

The room that has your real fireplace can perhaps style four beautiful high wing back blue velvet club chairs with a round sofa table in the middle with an area rug to tie everything together along with beautiful accessories. Making it a warm and inviting place to chill, relax, & entertain. Rebecca Robeson did something similar to what I've just described. However, you can achieve this style. Rebecca designs homes on a larger scale and turn them into something spectacular, & so can you! Hi April, You can get the plant that you liked from Target and paint the black container white to go into your bathroom.
I found you shopping for plants in Target so entertaining for some reason.
Your extra area could be a cute bar area and wind area maybe even a cute ice machine too, so when people come for holidays you have a drink and chill area. you could have some cute chairs and maybe a love seat with a Alexa so people can listen to music a bookshelf would be cute too so it can be a seating area for you to read and drink wine.
The TV ans fireplace looks amazing in that space. I love watching and learning

It would have been a great idea to make the old console for the fireplace into a buffet table to keep in hat room and make that space with the real fireplace a formal dining room. Placing some bar stools at the bar in the kitchen would have been great and then you wouldn't need that smaller kitchen table and chairs.

What about floating shelves or bookcases on each side of the fireplace?!add a nice rug some plants,maybe put the larger sofa on the longer wall,seeing it from day1 to now and your still in process of making the house your home has been fun to watch and you have put so much hard work and love into it.happy for you

For your bathroom shelves I probably would go with clear glass or floating woods shelves match your accessories.
The second space that you're deliberating about, that would my den( The Chill Spot) for family functions and game night.

I think a nice long table instead of the round or square glass table would be nice for the entry off the kitchen and mount a nice television. Maybe some nice sitting chairs, that would utilize the space better..❓

The other room off from your kitchen, you could make it a formal dining room with your glass table set . Buy a slightly smaller table for the Kitchen to give you more room in your living area.
