And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.

The problem of Aqeedah is serious so there can’t be consensus between Sunni and Shia. Cos there is only one truth. You can’t have two different truths.

I am not a scholar, but its quiet easy to answer sheikh Imran, at the meantime i do realize there are paid Israeli cyber soldiers who manipulate internet and try to ignite shia sunni civil war. Search youtube Israelis paid to manipulate online content.
There are differences in opinions but that doesnt mean to hate or kill each other. People have difference of opinions all the time.
The answer to Shiekh Imran is.....sure Shia Scholars have their strong references in Quran plus hadiths that from there they can easily deduce Imam Ali's successor-ship. But lets leave that aside for the time being. How about Hazrat abu Bakr's successor-ship? its not refered in Quran either, so a handful of people were then chosen to create a counsil, the counsil then chose Abu Bakr to be the successor. Lets suppose Allah's will is in council, how come then Abu Bakr chose Omar as his successor? He should have left it for the council to decide his successor as-well.
Secondly, throughout history, prophets of Allah have always chosen their deputies while away from matters, have chosen successors before passing away, how come Allah & Prophet Mohammad SWS decided not to leave a successor for their biggest and final religion? thus leaving the religion at the mercy of disputes & council.
3rdly, Hazarat Ali A.S was at the forefront of all battles during times of Mohammad SWS, how come he never joined battles & wars initiated by Abu Bakr, Omar & Usman?
Last, here is a sermon of Imam Ali himself regarding the issue from Nahjul Balagha. This book is considered authentic by most Sunni Scholars.

Beware! By Allah the son of Abu Quhafah (Abu Bakr) dressed himself with it (the caliphate) and he certainly knew that my position in relation to it was the same as the position of the axis in relation to the hand-mill. The flood water flows down from me and the bird cannot fly upto me. I put a curtain against the caliphate and kept myself detached from it.
Then I began to think whether I should assault or endure calmly the blinding darkness of tribulations wherein the grown up are made feeble and the young grow old and the true believer acts under strain till he meets Allah (on his death). I found that endurance thereon was wiser. So I adopted patience although there was pricking in the eye and suffocation (of mortification) in the throat. I watched the plundering of my inheritance till the first one went his way but handed over the Caliphate to Ibn al-Khattab after himself.
(Then he quoted al-A`sha's verse).
My days are now passed on the camel's back (in difficulty) while there were days (of ease) when I enjoyed the company of Jabir's brother Hayyan.
it is strange that during his lifetime he wished to be released from the caliphate but he confirmed it for the other one after his death. No doubt these two shared its udders strictly among themselves. This one put the Caliphate in a tough enclosure where the utterance was haughty and the touch was rough. Mistakes were in plenty and so also the excuses therefore. One in contact with it was like the rider of an unruly camel. If he pulled up its rein the very nostril would be slit, but if he let it loose he would be thrown. Consequently, by Allah people got involved in recklessness, wickedness, unsteadiness and deviation.
Nevertheless, I remained patient despite length of period and stiffness of trial, till when he went his way (of death) he put the matter (of Caliphate) in a group(4) and regarded me to be one of them. But good Heavens! what had I to do with this "consultation"? Where was any doubt about me with regard to the first of them that I was now considered akin to these ones? But I remained low when they were low and flew high when they flew high. One of them turned against me because of his hatred and the other got inclined the other way due to his in-law relationship and this thing and that thing, till the third man of these people stood up with heaving breasts between his dung and fodder. With him his children of his grand-father, (Umayyah) also stood up swallowing up Allah's wealth like a camel devouring the foliage of spring, till his rope broke down, his actions finished him and his gluttony brought him down prostrate.
At that moment, nothing took me by surprise, but the crowd of people rushing to me. It advanced towards me from every side like the mane of the hyena so much so that Hasan and Husayn were getting crushed and both the ends of my shoulder garment were torn. They collected around me like the herd of sheep and goats. When I took up the reins of government one party broke away and another turned disobedient while the rest began acting wrongfully as if they had not heard the word of Allah saying:
That abode in the hereafter, We assign it for those who intend not to exult themselves in the earth, nor (to make) mischief (therein); and the end is (best) for the pious ones. (Qur'an, 28:83)
Yes, by Allah, they had heard it and understood it but the world appeared glittering in their eyes and its embellishments seduced them. Behold, by Him who split the grain (to grow) and created living beings, if people had not come to me and supporters had not exhausted the argument and if there had been no pledge of Allah with the learned to the effect that they should not acquiesce in the gluttony of the oppressor and the hunger of the oppressed I would have cast the rope of Caliphate on its own shoulders, and would have given the last one the same treatment as to the first one. Then you would have seen that in my view this world of yours is no better than the sneezing of a goat.

1: shias curse sahaba and don't believe in sahaba's faith
and with out believing the faith of sahaba, how could any one claim they have the teaching of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), you can't reach Prophet Muhammad (SAW) with out sahaba. With out reaching to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) how could any one be a Muslim.
You had best sort out what is more important, a united Islam or factions fighting each other. Which one is best for Islam - think of that first rather than looking back to see which of the Prophet's relatives are important or not. Put your thinking cap on!

@EveryTing First of all let me clear some things up so that you don't accuse me of being biased, I am strictly a Muslim and I am against sectarianism. I was born in a Sunni family in Indonesia and I have been studying Twelver Shiaism casually because in high school I met a lot of Shias and it peaked my interest and because I have heard a lot of bad things about Shias I wanted to know if the bad things people say about Shias were actually true. I quickly learned it was all just sectarian propaganda. The kind of stuff that gave birth to ISIS. Now I'm not "Shia" or "Sunni" I am a Muslim.
Brother, I think you've been watching too much propaganda from AntiMajoos channel. Mainstream Twelver Shias don't have any teachings that claim the Qur'an is corrupt. It's simply not true. Shias do believe the Imams are infallible, but you must first understand why the Shias believe so. The logic is that if someone was to be the leader/wali of the Muslim ummah then he must be someone who has the ilm of the prophet which in the Imams case is directly passed down from the prophet to Ali and then to his sons, therefore the Imams has the most Ilm from the prophet making them infallible in a way that they are able to sin but they are so pious and knowledgeable that they are able to control themselves and avoid all sins. When Shias praise the Imams it is not worship just like when Sunnis praise Rasulallah and sends blessings to his family is not an act of worship.
Now tell me, how can anyone claim to love the family of the prophet so much when their scholars don't even talk about their life and death during their sermons? I was born in Indonesia in an Orthodox Sunni Family and WALLAHI brother from the moment I was born until the age of around 15-16 I never knew that Hussain, the grandson of the prophet was barbarically murdered, beheaded and mutilated on the 10th of Muharram. They never ever talked about the betrayal of the Umayyads towards the family of the prophet during any of their sermons. They talked about many of the sahabas but they never talked about how the family of the prophet was massacred even on Jum'ah they never talked about it. Why is that? I don't get why literally NO ONE would go up to the pulpit during Jum'ah and just talk about one of the most darkest events in the history of Islam if they loved the Ahlulbayt so much. Let's face it most Sunnis don't even know what Karbala is because no Sunni scholar ever talks about it. Does that ring LOVE to you?
Now as for Shias cursing sahabas.... Mainstream Twelver Shias and Zaydi Shias refrain from cursing the sahabas even though they disagree with them. Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei even issued a fatwa saying it is haram to curse on personalities who are highly regarded in other madhabs. The Shias who curse the sahabas like brain dead animals that you see on AntiMajoos channel are follow ers of Sadiq Hussaini Shirazi and are regarded as deviants by mainstream Twelver Shias.
I'm not saying Sunni Islam is wrong and Shia Islam is the absolute truth. Both Sunni Islam and Shia Islam has the truth and I agree and disagree with a lot of things from both madhab because we can't deny that throughout history there were many evil people who tried to tear down Islam by fabricating hadiths that contradicts the Qur'an both in Sunni hadiths and Shia hadiths. As Muslims we should respect each other's differences and focus more on the things that we aggree on and bringing unity to this ummah. In my opinion both schools of thought complete each other and we as Muslims should study both schools of thought.
Whether you're Sunni or Shia the fact of the matter is that we both believe in Allah, the prophethood of Muhammad and the holy Qur'an. We are Muslims.

This includes the wives of all prophets, particularly the master of all prophets Muhammad (May God’s greetings be upon him and his household)."

When I believe the Imams are infallible It's not shirk, just like you and I believe Rasulallah is infallible and It's not shirk. Imamate is not a monarchy and if you really do have a problem with inheritance of Ilm then why don't you have a problem with all the nabi? The nabis are all from one direct line of descendants, why do you have no problem with that? If Allah wishes to give the Imamate/caliphate to a single bloodline then he can do so. remember, just because a hadith is in Bukhari or the other 5 books that are considered by sunnis as the most authentic does not mean it is always true. There are da'eef and fabricated hadiths even in Bukhari.
