Who cleans the shit “splash back” off the robot? …or is there another robot for that?

Spraying and drying with no need of changing tools is significant improvment in comparison to the video 7 days ago when robot had to change tool before drying.

Imagine sitting in the stall when a robot kicks open the door and starts spraying you with water.

Is this entirely open loop? Or is there feedback from the vision system to adapt the motion planner as it goes? I really want to know more about the contrastBasedTurdDectection.cpp algorithm employed here.

Some things don't need automation... I've been a janitor for 30 years, This is not poop, All this robot would do is spray feces everywhere... flushing a toilet Just by itself spreads feces everywhere but this thing uses a high pressure jet that covers everything in the stall in feces, especially the handlebar to the right... is it going to clean that? no it's not going to... Making a bathroom easily cleanable is about design, Every bathroom I've ever cleaned is only made worse by a horrible design... Get rid of all these nooks and crannies, Hard to reach spots... From what I've seen the Japanese know what they're doing. Maybe you'll say that the robot has to adapt to each customers bathroom design, Well it's still just going to spray feces everywhere... Maybe you could mitigate by spraying a Antibacterial... You'd be surprised at how much poop ends up underneath the seat which would at this point be all over the end of the nozzle and spraying feces onto every toilet And stall wall after this as well... If this is a product I feel sorry for anyone thinking that this is cleaning their bathroom stalls, if this is a college team trying to develop code for robotic solutions, fine you need a lot more fine tuning for this to be even remotely effective...

I think the robot should play some calm background music to avoid people getting scared by sudden vacuum cleaner noises or it just appearing out of nowhere
Perhaps find some stuff in the youtube music library? Not sure it that's allowed to be used in a final version, but using it for videos where the internet comments on your design *might* be safe

This has to be a night/empty office only sort of thing. It's way too loud and discomforting otherwise. As much as I like the idea, I wouldn't want to share a stall with it.

Appears to have missed some poop under the lid, top right when opened

It missed a spot and left dirty water all over the floor. Wake me up when it can actually do the entire job.

Good for maintenance. Send a human in for the handles and sinks and doors etc.
