Thanks for appreciating🌻 regarding retraction cord, In General - No 0,00 for thin gingiva or lower cord in double retraction technique ; No 1 for anteriors, 2 for premolars & molars ,3 for thick gingiva & molars. 2 &3 are used upper cord for double cord technique. The points in the video are taken from Shillingburg & Rosenstiel including some articles.
