How to install a flagpole properly

If you haven't seen my other video, please check it out! I ordered a 30 foot flagpole from Service First Old Glory flagpole company. This is how I decided to set the flagpole in my yard, and work out some irrigation drainage issues...

What size and depth was the hole? I'm trying to get an Idea of how much concrete I'm going to need. I'm probably going to dig a 2ft x1ft x 1 ft for my 21 ft flagpole.

Where did you learn that trick of cutting the cement bags in half? Your daddy or your uncle?...I would have tried to dump it all from the end. LOL

Irrigation? Really? I was wanting steps in flagpole instillation kept watching until i saw enough of garage converted. Low area drainage. I understand proper land for a pole but really? Wheres the Beef?
