I am a non-engineer I took CAT 2023 and I got a 53%ile. It is motivating to know that people like us can also make it to a great percentile. Also, what is your profile?
Thank you so much for this video , being from the same city and the same academic background, I can relate things well ,thanks a lot for the motivation
He is a real champion, now when he mentioned i have seen cat scorers from stellar background or top notch institutes, I don't belong to the same category, i have to set my own example and become a positive source of strong motivation for all the aspirants. Every Non engineer, General felt this, If Indian education system removes the reservation thing from society, i personally believe only the real hard worker would get the seat🕉️
As there are only 3 months for cat and i am starting now,so can i start my preparation only through giving mocks and analyzing it ....will it help to clear my sectional cutoffs?or i should first complete my syllabus?please guide mee...😢
If you're already familiar with the concepts that are in the syllabus then you should go ahead and give mocks and analyze and practice. But tbh you should go through the concepts atleast once and give mocks side by side. Going through the concepts would help in increasing your scores which will help boost confidence ig.
hello brother, as you told that , you got 60 percentile in mock a day before cat , so what is your mindset from there on, and how did you get the confidence that on the day of cat, you can score a 99+?
I didn't check my score after taking that mock. My purpose in writing the mock just a day before the CAT was not to judge my score but to stay in the habit of practicing. It was only when I was returning after taking the CAT that I checked my score.
please help me by suggesting some VARC tips,.... as of now i havent started my varc section , going good in LRDI n QA. Please suggest me something how to cover VARC in the remaining days. anyone of you can help will appreciate that !
Practice at least 4 RCs daily, preferably from IMS and CL past year mocks. InsideIIM CAT Champions is also live, offering 11 sectional tests of VARC. Simultaneously, start reading the first page and editorial of The Hindu, and one Aeon essay a day. This will take you 2 hours, and you can easily practice 4 RCs within 60-75 minutes, including analysis. Do this consistently for 30 days, and your confidence will start to build. Do not judge your score in VARC before these 30 days.

Hi Sunidhi, firstly, it takes a lot of courage to admit this on a public platform. So, kudos to you. There are ways to address the issues you are facing in your preparation. You can write to us at editor(at)insideiim(dot)com - we can set up a call, and try our best to help you out.
Considering how your 10th went your grades actually went up and sky rocketed in UG. Keep working on the percentile you might land yourself a top college soon. Atb.
