Man I love this game. I install it every year or so like going on holiday to Medici. Going for drives, visiting places, blowing them to hell. Very relaxing.
Just Cause is a really underrated game. I played 1 until 4, but 3 is my favorite out of all. 2 is the second closest to it. Idk why but the open area of Medici just feels calming unlike the chaotic weather of Solis form Just Cause 4, deep jungle of Panau from Just Cause 2, and San Esperito from Just Cause 1. Solid took me over a month just to get over the game and I was playing it for days. Might come back playing it thanks to this video.
One of my favorite things about just cause 3 is that when you parachute into the water while there’s dramatic action music playing, it mellows out and turns into “underwater music”. So cool!
Played JC3 today and the happy memories came flooding back. Managed to tether a Humvee full of guards to an archway and slingshot it into a base, somehow never roused any suspicion despite killing about 7 people. Gaming perfection.

i have probably 2000 hours in just cause 3 on ps4 and another 200 on steam. Hands down one of the most underrated games ever with an amazing soundtrack and just the right amount of limitations to drive creativity. And a handful of fun but not game breaking bugs. 12/10
I have it on my xbox and when i tell you i feel so cool when i do a mission and complete it and that ome sound plays i cant describe it but i hope u know which one im talking about it short and quick but gives me the chills
The dlc for this game is king, whether it be driving around the islands in the Luchador, trashing entire bases in a mech suit, and flying the sky’s in a giant wing suit
I remember playing this game on my dad‘s Xbox, but I forgot the name a year or two ago but you just made me remember the name and I actually really appreciate you for that.
If anyone wants to go back to this game, i downloaded the "movement +" mod, and man its insane, it makes the jetpack as fast as the actual jets. Its an unreal feeling
After wrecking havoc across Panau with nothing more than a parachute, grappling hook, a single teather and explosives coming in at $3000 a pop. With the dlcs just cause 3 felt like Tony stark gave me that endgame loadout. With the hellicarier and Blu glow aesthetic, just cause three is the best avengers game of all time. Not to mention the ability to call in a hulk buster mech when the going gets tough.
I love the Just Cause franchise so freaking much (yes even 4, it has a lot of underrated stuff). It's just so a great series of games! 3 and 4 are my favourites. 2 is a masterpiece, without a doubt. But the multiple grapples and wingsuit really bumps the fun scale UP! Taking note from my favourite UA-camr, he said Just Cause 3 (and 2, i believe) is the most ''game''. With the huge amount of fun shit to do, the massive open world, the chaos and/or destruction not to mention the grapple and wingsuit alone!! It's simply the most fun i've had in a game in years. Really wish they'd make a 5 one
Just Cause 2 was hilarious too. When you jumped ontop of a tuktuk the driver would swear at you in something close to Thai / Tagalog... Just sounded like my relatives swearing up a storm. couldn't quite make out full sentences but it sounded close. "omg... my people have speaking parts in a video game... i feel represented... kinda. Even if it's just swear words..." lol hahah.. Also @3:29 that dude is dead. You killed him. =)
I was literally just sitting in my room bored asf and as a gamer my brother wondered why I wasn't playing the games I usually play, and I said am bored and he literally reminded me that I haven't yet played just cause 3 And here I am looking at game plays as it install 🔥💯
That is pretty much all I did when I played this game. attaching people to moving vehicles. Or grappling to two stationary objects to close lines somebody off a motorcycle 🤷🏻♂️. It’s kind a messed up but it was really funny
Just cause 3 is the ultimate comfort game since I’ve got hundreds of hours played since it came out in 2015 and I just find new ways to mess around on it every time
The beginning of the video with you failing a couple times is a bad first impression but such a good representation of the gameplay. I experimented with the mechanics so much and my favorite was blowing up a bridge then slingshotting cars across (most of the time watching them fall and blow up)
I still come back to this game occasionally, like I’m aware they made a 4th one which I did ply and it was good, just something bout this hits different.
I just picked this up today (well, yesterday since it's already Sunday lol) from the PS Plus store since it's free. Decided to give it a try, not having much expectations considering it's "dated" and not the most recent one. Man, I am completely hooked on this game! It is utterly ridiculous, defies the lawa of gravity, physics, it is complete nonsense. I am having a blast playing it! I did a few missions but I've been mostly liberating towns and bases, unlocking all the goodies, and doing some challenges. I'll play JC 4 when I am done with this one, since it's also in the PS Plus store 😎
Just Cause 3 is a lovely game. I bought the huge collector's Edition for PC including the big grappling hook replica to put on shelve. Anyway. Just Cause 2 were very good too.
Europe was such a great destination for the game! I would like that JC 5 would be on the Middle East, for example like Syria or Iraq. I think that a great story could be made of that.
I’ve only played this game for about two weeks and I’ve got the hang of everything although I am unsure I want to do the mission to get the OP wings suit
This games graphics are amazing for the time it was in like I wish just cause 4 looked like this, this game was fun yeah the story was short but it was truly an amazing looking game
Jusy cause 3 is honestly the best game in the series. Its graphics are amazing especially for 2015, and the wager looks the best out of sny just cause game.
The Lore of Just Cause: A Comprehensive Overview The Just Cause series, developed by Avalanche Studios, is known for its expansive open-world gameplay and explosive action. Set in fictional countries, the series follows Rico Rodriguez, a skilled operative with a penchant for chaos, as he combats oppressive regimes and seeks to liberate the oppressed. The lore of Just Cause, while not as intricately woven as some other franchises, provides a rich backdrop that enhances the player’s experience and motivates the explosive action sequences. Just Cause 1: The Birth of Rico Rodriguez The story begins in Just Cause, set on the fictional island of San Esperito. Rico Rodriguez is introduced as a CIA agent tasked with overthrowing the corrupt government led by President Salvador Mendoza. The game establishes the primary themes of the series: rebellion against tyranny and the use of extreme measures to achieve freedom. Players navigate a vast landscape, engaging in various missions that involve sabotage, assassination, and liberation of towns. The narrative is straightforward but sets the tone for Rico’s character as a daring and resourceful hero. Just Cause 2: Expanding the Universe In Just Cause 2, the story shifts to the Southeast Asian-inspired island of Panau. Following the events of the first game, Rico is sent to locate and eliminate his former mentor, Tom Sheldon, who has gone rogue. This installment expands on the lore, introducing factions such as the Roaches, the Ular Boys, and the LPLA, each representing different aspects of rebellion against the authoritarian regime of dictator Pandak “Baby” Panay. The game deepens the narrative by showcasing the complexities of conflict, with Rico navigating the treacherous political landscape and forming uneasy alliances. The vast open world allows players to experience a dynamic environment filled with opportunities for destruction, embodying the series’ tagline: “Complete and utter chaos.” Just Cause 3: Homecoming and Revenge Just Cause 3 returns Rico to his homeland of Medici, a Mediterranean island under the oppressive rule of General Sebastiano Di Ravello. This game further develops Rico’s backstory, revealing his motivations tied to family and homeland. As he fights to free Medici from tyranny, players encounter a richer narrative that includes themes of loyalty, heritage, and resistance. Rico’s mission involves not only battling Di Ravello’s forces but also dismantling his supply chains and propaganda efforts. The introduction of the “Wingsuit” and various destructive tools enhances the gameplay experience, allowing players to traverse the environment with ease while wreaking havoc on enemy strongholds. The lore underscores the idea of liberation, with Rico embodying the spirit of rebellion against oppression. Just Cause 4: The Elemental Forces In Just Cause 4, the setting shifts to the tropical island of Solis, a region heavily influenced by weather phenomena and supernatural elements. Here, Rico confronts the enigmatic organization known as the Black Hand, led by the mysterious Oscar Espinosa. The game introduces a new narrative focus on the consequences of power and the manipulation of natural forces. The addition of extreme weather events, such as tornadoes and thunderstorms, serves not only as a gameplay mechanic but also as a metaphor for chaos and unpredictability. Rico’s quest in Solis emphasizes the fight against tyranny, but also delves into the ethical implications of power and the responsibility that comes with it. The story culminates in a confrontation that tests Rico’s resolve and questions the nature of his rebellion. Themes and Conclusion The Just Cause series, while primarily known for its action-oriented gameplay, is underscored by themes of freedom, rebellion, and the fight against oppression. Rico Rodriguez emerges as a symbol of defiance, battling against corrupt powers across various fictional landscapes. Each installment builds upon the lore, expanding the world and introducing complex characters and factions that enrich the narrative. The series thrives on its blend of chaos and narrative, providing players with not just an escape into explosive action, but also a story that resonates with themes of justice and resistance. As players traverse these vibrant worlds, they engage in a narrative that celebrates the spirit of rebellion against tyranny, making Just Cause a compelling addition to the video game landscape.

I knoww right! Medici is just so beautiful and relaxing, makes me wanna go to Italy
Ngl i think just cause 4 is where it died off it kinda ruined the series
Panau was kind of crazy when it came out. Like 6 different islands with completely different biomes and multiple airports, bases, etc.
One of my favorite things about just cause 3 is that when you parachute into the water while there’s dramatic action music playing, it mellows out and turns into “underwater music”. So cool!
Yeah 3 is the GOAT

The Lore of Just Cause: A Comprehensive Overview
The Just Cause series, developed by Avalanche Studios, is known for its expansive open-world gameplay and explosive action.
Just Cause 1: The Birth of Rico Rodriguez
The story begins in Just Cause, set on the fictional island of San Esperito.
Just Cause 2: Expanding the Universe
In Just Cause 2, the story shifts to the Southeast Asian-inspired island of Panau.
The vast open world allows players to experience a dynamic environment filled with opportunities for destruction, embodying the series’ tagline: “Complete and utter chaos.”
Just Cause 3: Homecoming and Revenge
Just Cause 3 returns Rico to his homeland of Medici, a Mediterranean island under the oppressive rule of General Sebastiano Di Ravello.
Just Cause 4: The Elemental Forces
In Just Cause 4, the setting shifts to the tropical island of Solis, a region heavily influenced by weather phenomena and supernatural elements.
Themes and Conclusion
The Just Cause series, while primarily known for its action-oriented gameplay, is underscored by themes of freedom, rebellion, and the fight against oppression.
