A quick description of a problem that I’ve been having with this grill since day one. The grill is less than a year old and I’ve only got to use it a handful of times and those times I did use it it took 45 minutes just to get it to work. The biggest disappointment of any grill purchase I’ve ever made my whole life. The motor is noisy the auger gets jammed up constantly customer service is nonexistent you can never get through on the phone and when you email it takes them 10 days to get back to you and give you some answer like you need to run all of the pellets out of the auger is shut down and then wait for the auger to fill back up to start it up for the next time. That is not even reasonable. Then after answering your question they close your case and you have to start off all over again with model number serial number and all these things that you don’t carry around with you every day. I would highly recommend not getting this grill just based on the lousy customer service alone. Then the problems that come with it constantly and I’m not the only one that’s having a problem with the auger jamming if you do an Internet search you will see many people are having the problem. I have tried many different brands of pellets from dry sealed containers it doesn’t matter. Problems persist.
