Pandan Pandesal (easy recipe)

It´s supposed to be Ube Pandesal but since I can´t find Ube extract in our local stores here in Germany, ito nalang..
Pandan Pandesal ! :) (Soft and yummy)
This is an easy recipe for everyone. No special tricks, just series of mixing, flattening and filling. hihi
Here´s the ingredients I used for your reference:
1/2 cup warm milk
1tsp white sugar
2 1/2tsp yeast
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 egg
1 tsp pandan extract
cheddar cheese for filling
bread crumbs
